On the load out there is kinetic deflect and kinetic advance.

Kinetic Deflect is a combo breaker, not sure how to trigger it (i've been using advance).
Kinetic Advance is a dash cancel, just double tap a direction right after doing a move.

Both use half a meter and I believe also cut any active cooldowns you have in half.
