Bloodborne Sequel in development states (official? fan?) Facebook page

Awesome, I recently played all of the Souls games one after the other and I found that I enjoyed Bloodborne the most followed by Demon's Souls (I used to think that the first Dark Souls was my favorite). I just find that the trick weapons are so much fun to mess with to the point that there isn't a single weapon on Bloodborne that I don't use.

Fantastic news. Hopefully they will beef up the exploration gameplay with lots of hidden equipment and a revamped item/equipment system to support this.

So yeah like i said, fan page.

Ru-roh? From the other thread.

The page has likes from the official playstation pages and the JP Bloodborne page. Is there an actual verified Bloodborne facebook page?

Eh.

Bloodborne was a great change from Dark Souls. I would prefer they make a new franchise with a new setting.

Miyazaki:

"I can develop Bloodborne DLC, Dark Souls 3, AND Bloodborne 2!"

Remember that he then knocks over the interviewer and flies away.

I don't know what's preventing a Demon's Souls sequel (a rep from Atlus said it would be unlikely, I think. Maybe meaning without Atlus signing off on it; beats me). But Sony isn't going to let that happen with BB, especially with no Atlus in the picture.

Fanpage or not it's not like it won't happen rofl. At this point, a Demons' Souls remaster is less likely than Bloodborne 2 .

Be it fake or real, I'd be bloody fine with one souls/borne game per year, since no other game even come close the that genre and experience for me. That would be my yearly highlight.

I'd eat a sequel to Bloodborne right up, but hopefully it would be early 2018 rather than 2017 and differentiates itself even more from the Souls series.

My interest in the Dark Souls series has waned after playing Bloodborne, so this is really good news for me. Might start skipping Souls entirely.

For the love of Gehrman, fix the goddamn frame pacing next time 'round.

rather they take this concept elsewhere

just do Souls gameplay in different settings

This. I love the lovecraftian Victorian setting, but I want Miyazaki to tackle more unique settings. Do a Souls game at Ancient China with Miyazaki's unique dark, philosophical twist next!
