They forgot Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX. I loved that game!

Wasn't it the second one where you could play as the Slim Jim Guy? God, I used to laugh so hard at the Dave Mirra games. Forcing yourself to bail and then being able to grab the environment, lol.

I can't get over how bad this game looks in... every single way. Stop letting ROBOMODO make Tony Hawk games. Despite what their website says they do not, in fact, specialize in awesome games.

It's a shame, I agree with Jeff wholeheartedly. I feel like a lot of people are ready for a new GOOD Tony Hawk. If done right, it really could've been something special. I still hope we can get one after this. But to be honest at this point, I don't even know if it's going to happen. If it does, I doubt it'll carry the Tony Hawk name.

Activision obviously doesn't give a shit if they keep giving it to Robomodo. But I'm sure Neversoft is also a shell of its former self, so I honestly don't know who should do it, just... not Robomodo. But I agree, I would be all in on a new great Tony Hawk, but I was super hesitant the second I heard it was Robomodo.

Yeah, this is the final nail in the coffin of the name.

Do you figure Nixon is going to be upset when somebody inevitably finds out that all of the timers in this game aren't accurate?

Yeah if a legit Tony Hawk game game out now with the modernization and care it needed, I think the world eat it up. I know I'm ready. It's so sad hoe big of a missed opportunity this is.

Neversoft closed its doors last year.

I knew (and saw it from day one, honestly) that the game was unpolished, but I am genuinely shocked at how much of an shitheap this game has turned out to be, as shown in the quick look. The space station segment and the later town level...the glitchy wallriding and failed game respawns...the character flying into the air or the ground like a ragdoll...the inconsistent framerate...the player getting stuck in space outside the park. Unbelievably hilarious.

This is some straight up Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric / Sonic 2006 levels of untested, unpolished garbage. I would be surprised if Robomodo as a company survived this disaster.

I would be shocked if the reviews were anything kinder than merciless. Expecting 3-5s/10s across the board.

Hell Yeah, drag this turd into the sun and dry it out.

So they forced online for every single aspect of the game to make sure people had to get the patch to play I imagine. I wonder how they thought they were going to get around this part of the process.

I'm really surprised they didn't try some bullshit with no review copies or an embargo date two days after launch.

So glad I cancelled my Amazon pre-order for this yesterday. I was holding off hope until the last couple of weeks but finally came to my senses.

*whew!*

There's not many review copies out there. Jeff bought this himself.
