If you like transforming superheroes fighting against people who transform into monsters, aye, it's one of the stronger ones out there to enjoy. Bit of a comedic take on Japan's idea of hard boiled detectives (there are more than a few The Long Goodbye references), underworld criminal activity (as kid friendly as drug equivalent can be), and plenty of live action cartoon fighting that kid's toku is known for.
There are English subs to the show out there if you wish to find it, simple search should do it for you.
W is pronounced "double" here for the record. It's a Japanese language quirk. W the show, Double the Rider. You'll get why that's a pun in the first episode.
