Yeah, it was the exact same sketch. Definitely seems like they did it to fill in time.

I would prefer a re-airing of an SNL sketch or ad from many years ago than one from the same season. Just tacky to me.

Well, that actually makes sense.

A rather disappointing episode overall. "Second Wife" was the best, I think.

yeah this had a lot of fun sketches but was still a disappointment. I don't think it's any coincidence that the best sketch of the night, Meet Your Second Wife, was also one of very few that actually combined the hosts and the current cast. like, I love Tina and Amy and Maya. but for so many of the sketches to be just them plus maybe one other current castmember is a weird, weird choice. was there really no way for anyone else to joint he Bronx Beat sketch, or no other option for final sketch that starred Jones or Mooney or somebody? you're gonna do another monologue song and barely involve any of the cast? a whole tired timelife format sketch just for two easy shallow jokes and one pretty good one, all from special guests? Kinda baffling.

the Carol parody with Kenan's acting coach was the other star and Weekend Update was hilarious as usual for this season. her favorite parts of the salmon are the skin and the grey stuff.
