"Never Eat Soggy Worms" and other mnemonic devices you were taught as a kid

I was always taught "Never Eat Soggy Worms" when I was in 1st grade (maybe kindergarten?) as an easier way to remember the 4 cardinal directions on a compass N,E,S,W.

I also remember being taught "My Very Educated Mother Just Served Us Nine Pizzas" as a way to remember the planets in the solar system. This is way back when Pluto was still a planet.

What mnemonic devices were you taught as a child to help you remember important things?

My biology teacher taught us "King Philip Came Over For Good Sex" (Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, Species). That's pretty much the only mnemonic device that ever stayed with me.

Best mnemonic.

We were told it was never eat sour watermelon and then we had my very excellent mother just served us nine pizzas for the planets.

Soggy worms? It was sour for me lol.

My contribution would be "My very educated mother just served us nine pizzas." For the nine...well 8 planets in the solar system.

I've only ever used one, and it was when I was about 7 or 8 and learning to read music.

Every Good Boy Does Fine

Those are the notes that correspond to the lines on a staff.

Every Good Boy Deserves Fudge for... something. I forgot.

They keys, the notes, on a guitar? The Major notes or something?

Here's mine:
Keep Pots Clean Or Family Gets Sick

for Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, Species...

I remembered more science than music.

Eat Apples, Don't Go Broke Easy, which was one my uncle taught me for tuning a guitar. Pretty sure he made that one up.

Fun not Fudge.

I remember it but what was it for?

There is something else I vaguely remember that has Cows in it.

I always heard fudge myself, and it's for the notes of the treble clef in sheet music.

Keep
It
Simple
Stupid

It's great because it applies to everything.

Edit: I've made a mistake.
Something something about PEMDAS for order of operations.

"My Very Easy Method Just Speeds Up Naming Planets" was what I remember to learn the planets in the solar system (back when Pluto was considered a planet)

Father Charles goes down and ends battle for key signatures in music, it's brilliant really. Reverse it and you get the minors.
