There is no stuttering problem I know of. But HDCP seems to add latency somehow with PS TV and a wired connection. Someone somewhere wrote the latency is not there when the TV also is on and set to display the PS4, but that contradicts the purpose of remote play.

It wasn't a firmware issue, it was a network error they fixed on their end.

GCN 1.1/VCE 2.0 can encode up to 1080p60, so I think it's a memory bandwidth issue.

1080p60 is more bandwidth-intensive than 720p60. Probably that's why the PS4 cannot do both Remote Play/Share Play at 720p60 and PVR at the same time.

yes i had it before the 3.50 update, its still there after updating. i see "rebuilding index" msg everytime i start my PS4. sony has yet to fix this bug! :/

Nope. Finnish PS4 aswell.

Remote Play to PC works fine, wish it was 1080p. No discernible input lag when i tried DRIVECLUB.

Nope. Downloaded. Prepared for installation. Rebooted.

I did a manual rebuild within last three months though.

It did. It randomly does that after updates sometimes, don't worry. Rebuilding database only has positive effects
