I love his reviews even though I usually have no affinity to the games he talks about. They are super thorough and I admire his enthusiasm. I particularly like how he tries to find a silver lining in even the worst games (ie: steel batallion setting).
NMS sounds interesting but I don't think I will ever play it because the game doesn't look fun to me. Cool idea though. I'd much rather run around on Xenoblade X's world from what I've seen of this.

Shame how he initially loved it. I think that's what the game was going for. Then it all just falls flat. His review perfectly covers the cycle with this game.
It's my first taste of the actual criticism and content all put together, since I've only read about it on gaf. Seeing it in video form, and some things explained like the center of the galaxy bullshit is just funny as hell. I kinda get now how gaf was exploding with 100 page threads about this. That's pretty ridiculous how much was planned and didn't make it. They really should have just delayed the game another few months.
On a side note, I think neogaf needs to take a stance on these threads. Either say Angry Joe and other youtubers don't deserve their own threads and make a thread for each gamer youtuber, like AVGN has, or put in a policy against thread shitting about youtubers, Because this thread is a disaster.

Well that's the thing: there's not much in the package. So what could a 30 minute plus review focus on other than the lies?
Put another way, its more interesting to ponder the advertising and promised features surrounding the product than the few actually systems in place.
