If they docked your points are you able to gain them back? If you spent whatever you could from your 1m fm and you're still able to get new fm back from doing the usual modes that's still a win...
Still, I'm glad y'all pc fm cheaters got bodied, shit wasn't fair. Now it'd be nice if capcom cared into turning survival into something less than an insufferable life wasting grind.

If you are complaining that your FM is gone, and you DID cheat, then you are as dumb as concrete. There was a system put in place to allow players to earn what is typically charged real money for. Of course they were going to police that. Just bless your deity of choice that they didn't take all your characters, stages, and colours as well. This could have gone WAY worse for you.

You couldn't. Basically you used a PC to connect to the SFV server and send it a message that told it you completed x survival difficulty with x character to unlock the FM and colors.

Evo did what it had to do to get all those outfits.
It's an interesting grey area. I read that people also figured out how to unlock the battle costumes this way but I never saw any proof of that.

It is EVO after all, not some tournament at your parent's house.
It would be. Evo still had to do it this way.
Considering that this little bypass probably takes 5-10 minutes per console and considering Capcom is Capcom, no it probably wouldn't be easier.

You might want to spend that Fight Money before Capcom comes for you......if you used the One-Round Survival Mod.
It's not like I knew that number without firing up the game to find out.

I think he means in a future update. Wouldn't surprise me if people that slipped through the cracks eventually got their FM taken away.
The amount they've taken away does seem quite random, honestly. Some say less than 100k, others as high as 400k. The problem with Capcom taking all of their FM away is that those people would likely stop playing then, and that means they'd lose potential additional income/online players, which they don't want. If Capcom really wanted to do that, they'd just outright ban them, because there's no way in hell those players would come back if their FM was reset to 0. The more time you play a game, the more likely you are to spend additional money on it, and Capcom's banking on that.

This is what happens when you make a game focused on offline play (esports) an online only game (Basically). It gets in the way of damn near everything the game has going for it, fun included.

If you're gonna be actively playing the game online and don't necessarily want an "edge" on the FM by saving on the characters, then you should go for the Regular.
Otherwise, the Deluxe version saves you up to 600k FM by giving you this year's DLC characters and allows you to spend it on stuff like stages,alt costumes and colours.

Man...flux how do u keep playing ranked and moving up? I play so much better without the grind for points, I wish I could turn it off. Getting to diamond was so annoying lol...Kept losing a bunch of points to yolo Laura and Cammys, really need some help in those matches.
