So it really was an issue with Access Games.

Shame as had hope he could work with them in the future to finish D4.

It was so good with a lot of potential.

I wouldn't disagree with Deadly Premonition receiving a spiritual sequel instead, I think that'd work out just fine. D4 deserves a proper second season though

I thought it was great. Wonderfully quirky as you'd expect, without the Deadly Premonition jank. There's not enough of it though...
