Anyways, day -1 on Bomberman R when/if I get my switch. If I had any complaints, I'd only say that I liked the artstyle on Generations/Jetters more than the classics. But screw it, I'm 100% in for bomberman.

I've played this game at an event in London and I was very happy with it. I'm the guy who owns all 5 of the original Super Bomberman games. What more would you need to know?!

The guy on the Super Bomberman 3 cover is Bagura (or Bagular depending on the game) and has been in more games than 3. I imagine most people would know him as Bomberman Hero's antagonist though. If it is him on the cover of R, which is likely since he's accompanied by the Dastardly Bombers, they must have redesigned him which is surprising since this guy has been so recurring throughout the series that he's arguably the closest thing the franchise has to a "main" antagonist.

Never played a Bomberman game before. Guess I'll start here.
It's been a long time since my last Bomberman game so I'll probably get this to have another game for the Switch launch besides Zelda. Hopefully they'll reveal more specifics about the game before launch.

If Konami submitted now Bomberman Tournament to the WiiU VC I'd probably buy it.
Bomberman '94 is a great entry too, so I'm glad they chose at least that one.
(If only there was a chance I could play Bomberman for Neo Geo and Saturn Bomberman someday... Both look really nice)

I'll be there day 1 in the thread looking for 4 player matches against every human being who has had the misfortune to try playing 8 player smash or 5 player bomberman in whatever the official japanese name for 5 was.

I like 5 or even more player Bomberman a lot but I will admit that it's a little on the chaotic fun side of things.
4 player is just right for when you want to do some 'serious' matches
