Great games for multitasking

Destiny. Stories wank so i can just watch tv whilst playing.

Civ 6

Resident evil games too ( only 4&5 though )

Valkyria chronicles

Bloodborne and souls games

FTL. I have it up on another monitor and jump back and forth. You can pause at any time and has natural breaks between jumps.

Daily roulettes and most of the dungeon content being at a very low difficulty. I don't really need to put my full attention on the game when I do those, especially when they're low-level enough that I have one or two buttons to hit. There's also the fact that I've done most of the dungeons enough that it's practically muscle memory.
Had no idea about dailies! Was just wondering haha

This thread is exactly what I need right now, Hearthstone has been my choice for this for years. But the new expansion has soured me on the game because of the introduced quest mechanics, so I'm eager to jump ship.

You could always play an MMO if you need to melt your free time. :P

I play pretty much all my games while watching Netflix at the same time. The only time I put my full attention into a game is if it's something I really want to immerse myself into, like Mass Effect: Andromeda.

Dark Souls, Bloodborne, Kingdom hearts. I feel blasphemous but I do pause the podcast or video if there's a cutscene. I setup my laptop on the table in front of my tv and play YouTube or whatever in front of the game on the big screen.

I keep racing games in my backlog handy for when there are sports on. Nothing lends itself better to watching a football game than playing something like Forza Horizon 3, especially since you only need to look at the TV for like 15 seconds of every minute, giving you plenty of time to race in between snaps.

I've just been playing rainbow six siege or gears 4 horde while watching Netflix. It's easy enough, low stakes and plenty of downtime between waves or matches.

If I try to use remote play while watching Netflix am I gonna have a bad time? I'm thinking this type of multitasking will only work for me if I'm watching cable programming and saving all my bandwidth for the remote play.

Or does that even matter if I'm using a wired laptop for remote play?

I just feel like there'd be a traffic jam of information going on in my router, or is that not how it works?
