I'm sure in the annals of Congressional history there's been at LEAST one law passed that prevents the undead from voting. It probably had some pork rider to build a bridge in Missouri or lower emissions standards for petrochemical producers, and passed without remark.

The President is the Commander in Chief of the United States Military. Do not disgrace the honor of our fallen veterens by speaking like you just did. If you want to pay respect to the soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines who have given there life in Iraq or elsewhere, wish them that they may rest in peace, not that they rise from the dead to assassinate their Commander in Chief.

This sounds like a ripoff of the french movie THEY CAME BACk, which was about people coming back from the dead, nobody was decomposed, and people tried to leave normal lives, even if they were really, really numb. It was kind of a serious realistic take on how people would freak the fuck out if your dead loved ones suddenly re-appeared in front of the house one day. I think I reviewed that movie here.

The 'zombies` arent violent at all, they are fairly normal, just freaking the fuck out too by trying to cope with what the fuck happened. It was interesting, somehow, but very french-ish artsy.
