Actually it depends on what part of the world you're in. In the US, the rights to 7up belong to Dr Pepper, in the rest world, it's PepsiCo.

Pepsi owns the Mountain Dew, Aquafina, MUG Root Beer, Serria Mist, Schwepps,Sunkist and in fact also owns the Lipton tea brand (which also has Pure Leaf Tea)
PepsiCo by extension is also a part of Lay's (and pretty much all of the Lay's products like Doritos, Cheetos, etc) Tropicana and Gatorade.

PepsiCo has a much wider ranged product line including food that one could potentially market to "gamers" and parties. Honestly it wouldn't surprise me one bit if we see some sort of Splatoon/ARMS Gatorade promotion.
