People having to agree to NDAs during the campaign and transition is not new news. Spicer was hired in 2016, he was not a government employee when he signed on. There are leaked copies of the NDA online.
As I've said now for the fifth(?) time, it's the threat of legal action from Trump, not the action itself. Lawyers cost money. Could a publishing house potentially cover that? Maybe. Books take time. He'll release one after Trump is out, if then.

I imagine the ultimate decision is on whether to go on the attack on the investigation or let it play out quietly, and the "attack" wing won -- which just so happens to be the people alledgedly involved.
Definitely reaching the next step of Trump realizing the situation he's in.

You know a man has incredible integrity when they resign from the Trump administration because he appointed someone else as Communications director. Milennials take note, this is what it means to be a man.
All of them?! Nah. Don't buy it. I'd certainly accept Trump, Bannon, Sessions, Kushner, Stone are in Putin's pocket. But there's so many on the right shilling relentlessly for the Kremlin. It's baffling.
So Bannon and Priebus both aren't associated with Russia based off this.
