Looks cheap on the otherwise beautiful console. MS should have thought about including a tattoo voucher for the hardcore Scorpions.

Might need to stop sniffing glue
Watch how quickly tunes change about pre-order if they read by pre-ordering this edition, you get early access in October.

The text is hideous and unwanted, I'm intrigued by the "textured" shell but I can't make anything out from pictures.

Completely plain unobtrusive console please, i dont want it to stand out, I want it to blend in...

The texture would just made it incredibly difficult to keep clean of dust, which is a problem with black consoles.

More interested in the games. All the power in the world won't mean anything unless you have the games to back it up and BC doesn't count.

I don't understand this business practice.

Don't they actually lose sales from people that wanted the non branded normal XB1 X console but now have to wait for these ugly Day 1 versions to run out of stock?

Edit: Or will both SKU's be available?

Totally getting an XBOX One X but at first blush this design addition is sorta "meh". Give me a controller that fades from black to green.

It's so subtle though, I doubt it's a big deal. Nail polish remover?

Get this Matrix crap off my console.

But for real, why?

The 'star of the design' is Project Scorpio in fuck ugly
piss green letters , ruining the minimalism and elegance of its design

Thanks but no thanks

This'll be about as worthless as the Day 1 Edition controllers.

Looks really out of place on the controller. Ugly.

This looks even dumber than the DAY ONE 2013 xbox ones.

So uh. How do I get one without that? I don't want tacky green text on my high end electronics. Video games look childish enough. This looks way worse.

In Europe these will be 2 year edition cause that is how long they will stay on shelves.

Never cease to amaze me, that salt and hate.

Sold.

I was anyway but fuck yeah, Project Scorpio is an awesome name.

I want them to continue the zodiac theme with the future Xbox as well, which apparently is already being designed and has a codename.

Do we know for sure this is real and not some fool getting the internet to buy into his photo shop? Regardless...I think its fine. I still like the overall look and a little color on your console wont' kill you. Look how many people bought what I deem horribly ugly neon joy con switch's?

They really really should have went with Xbox Scorpio anyway. They did explain why this didn't happen and it makes sense but still.

But if this is one of the surprises.... yeah...

Does it come with the Day One achievement? Man that was worthless. At least my Day One controller still looks neat-o and works with my S console. I'm one of the monsters who like the original bumpers over the revised 3rd gen controllers. Too bad the d-pad is starting to stick and repeat commands.

Controller is bad. With their love of controller designs, I don't know why they wouldn't design a special one for this, if true.

I don't mind the Scorpio Edition but I did have hell with my Day One Edition. My console died so I took it back to Bestbuy and they gave me shit about replacing it because it was the day one sku, not the regular sku. They said they can't replace it since it's a different item so it had to be sent into Microsoft who was on back order for Day One Edition replacements with an "unavailable" estimation time. To make a long story short, I bitched until I was sent a refurbished regular unit smh 😑
