Can i do the exotic quests again?
I did the one on nessus and i got strum because i beat some servitor, but the quest wasnt finished. Eventually, the quest got me to a bulllet sponge captain, which i couldn't kill. Went to cryptarch in the farm, got my exotic, but now i cant fine the quest again to kick that captain's ass.
Any help or explanation plaatse.

You can do it on your second and third characters.

I mean Bungie is in Seattle which is on the west coast. There is an 8 hour time difference between Seattle and the UK, 9 with continental Europe.

There are only so many hours in the day they could do it, during office hours makes the most sense and unfortunately that will impact people in Europe more often.

They still can easy start a couple of hours later so euro doesnt get hit at the worst moment. And 4 hours is way to long imo.

I managed to plat this last night thanks to a carry through the prestige nf. As a destiny1 player who stopped after crotas end, I'd say d2 was slightly the better game so far and can see myself playing for awhile. PVP isn't my thing these days due to being in my 40's but love the feeling of teamwork in the raids and have finished it a few times already.

Strikes and the nightfall are some of my least favorite content in D2 while they were my favorite parts of D1.

The strikes are a big step up from D1 for sure, the rewards ... not so much. There needs to be a heroic strike playlist and each strike needs to have unique gear.

The communication part is great, but Bungie seriously needs to whack the bugs in the Pleasure Garden segment. If you're going to require extreme coordination from players, the game needs to be up to the task and work. I could not believe how many inconsistent buggy behaviors I saw doing the raid.

That sucks, man. We beat our heads against that wall on Friday night too. Came back Saturday with a few members swapped out and had the rhythm down in a few attempts. Nobody even died during our Golden run, it was amazing.

Hell, I'm pretty confident we can kill him in two cycles or less now.

Riskrunner. Damage yourself with your own Arc grenade and fire away.

$100 the "faction" event is just the old npcs giving you a faction mark that you wear during normal activities that grants you their specific tokens so you can spend it on their rng drops.

Really hope bungie fix the emperor seals part of the world eater quest. Can't possibly expect people to do that many raid encounters and even if they do, make it clear in the wording then.

Yeah, the higher you are when doing the exotic quest the higher its power level will roll. I finished the quest for the Rat King earlier and got a 299 one.

Did Guided Game Nightfall to try out the Clan Guide (clanmate and I queued in), and not only was it really workable, even managed to finish my and my clanmate's Rat King quest. Woot.

Really?! It's been the opposite for us. People in the dark realm constantly dying (to this hiding psion that I've never seen but heard lots about lol) and people in throne room holding their own against the adds. Pretty much mastered the throne room to the point where I can do it as a duo quite easily. Hit me up if you ever need two others for the throne room.

The key to being able to hit all the psions are to cross fire. The left person should aim for the right and the right person should aim for the left.

That way they can't hide behind a rock. It is legitimately like the simplest thing if you know where they all spawn.

My trials team went 5-3, 4-3 and 4-3 this weekend. At least we got to the third stage. The insane thing was that we usually either won 6-0 or lost 6-0.

Just checking, basically doing strikes, adventures, lost sectors, patrols, and maybe Public Events? are basically useless if I want to raise my powers beyond my current level, which is 271... since the rewards don't go higher beyond a threshold that I think I already surpassed?...correct?

Public events have a fair chance of dropping an exotic engram which might help you with your power level. The rest is pretty much useless.

heroic public events can give you exotic engrams that will raise your light.

your default engrams level will slowly go up, my blues/purples are already 276

Pop a Fireteam medallion and do all those things. The chances are low that you'll get an upgrade, but anything is better than nothing, and you might luck out with an Exotic engram drop. Any legendary engrams help with shards for Xur and infusing your lower level gear higher, if needed.

You're at the hump, once you hit 280 (probably with this Tuesday's reset), it's smoother once again.

AFAIK Nightfalls give you one piece of gear higher than your light for defeating the boss, but only once per week. So they are pretty much once per week events too.

I will say this week's Nightfall is much easier to grind vanguard rep with than normal strikes. I did the Inverted Spire normal mode, and damn if that boss wasn't more annoying without elemental burn modifiers ugh.

Fireteam medallion... you buy those with the dust thing, yeah? Is there any consistent way of getting the dust thing? Dismantling cosmetic items like shaders....?

Also, a question, does the effect pertains to all characters in your account or only that specific character using the medallion? (say if I change to character B after character A uses it, will B receive the benefit or not?)

Also, the 4 hours thing... is the time limit continually ticking even if I log off or does it only count during active gaming session?
