The title for 114 is confusing me

Is the 'New Super Warrior' referring to Kale or is the title and 'Then, she transforms into Super Saiyan Berserk...' hinting at the fact that Goku needs to his new transformation in order to beat her?

I think it's a new character. We still might have an Universe 4 warrior stronger than the rat GoD left to be introduced or revealed as such.

What if Kale knocks out Goku? I mean, Goku can't go SSJ and is trying to save time while fighting Caulifla, then Kale goes berserk and eliminates him. Goku's new form will shine in the next arc maybe.

Oh god I wish

Kale haters give me life

I didn't think about that because the description made it sound like either Kale or the new transformation for Goku, but it very well could be

The thing is.. If this new super space warrior appears

1. Why is he helping Goku?
2. If he's strong enough to either beat or knockout Kale, why wouldn't he take the opportunity and take out Goku as well at the same time if he's weakened by his fight vs Jiren and now Kale?

I dunno, they probably could find someway to make sense of it.
I'm wondering if 113/114 is the episode Toshio wrote and mentioned on Twitter.

Hope Kale doesn't go out after 113 :(

I also wonder what the hell happened to Jiren after his fight vs Hit? and where the hell are all of U7

How amazing it would be if
Vegeta saves Cabba only to give him a speech about how he should fight with no regrets and then knock him out himself

OR

Cabba takes the advice and knocks out Vegeta at the end of his speech

Toshio confirmed on Twitter he wrote episodes 112 and 115.

Not sure how I feel about Vegeta and Goku training Cabba and Caulifla respectively in the ToP. Also, I'm kinda starting to feel meh/indifferent about Kale.

I really hope this happens

Can't wait for the
Kale/Caulifla
episodes.

Thought about this again and I'm gonna quote a post I made a week ago

Speaking of all the foreshadowing in this arc..

Remember the conversation after Kale and Caulifla beat the Pride Troopers and Goku let them leave?

Caulifla: Are you really okay just letting us go like this?
Goku: I could tell seein' you before. Both of you are gonna get even stronger.
Our real fight will be then!
Caulifla: Don't blame me for what happens!

This is awful.

Surely you can understand it wouldn't take anything away from Goku to let other characters on the team do things too. :/

It isn't like Goku is walking around challenging people. These people came to him. And you can't even accuse him of holding back since he's hurt.

So, I don't see a reason to be mad at Goku here.

I mean, eventually everyone else will get their episode? Unless 17, Gohan, and others get eliminated in the special, there has to be plans for them.

17 and Gohan especially have had their episodes since Kale and Caulifla,
it only makes sense they're up next for development, then it'll go back to 17, Gohan,
etc. I wish it was anyone but Goku, but the next few episodes are all focused on Goku's form, giving it more lore, which is what people wanted instead of just being glossed over.

Either way, hyped for 112, but I wish it was Toppo they were fighting. Seems like Cabba's on his way out.

I really feel like this arc has gotten to the point of being a drag. I think I can safely step away from following every week until the narrative gets more interesting. Just not a fan of the U6 saiyans. And they've squandered any interesting use of U7 except maybe Roshi.

I can't believe the tournament has only been 11 episodes---it feels like 40. It feels worse than the pace of Goku vs Freeza on namek in DBZ.

I feel the same but then I remember super is just one big advertisement to sell merchandise.

Hence, dragging any arc out as much as possible.

This is literally the first arc in Super to be dragged out. All it means is more opportunities for characters to do something until they're eliminated.

Disagree so much, especially when binging. This arc is super enjoyable and way better paced that freeza

So they squandered Frieza?

And I suggest you watched the entire fight Frieza vs. Goku once a week and then come back and say this.

First I've heard the Champa Saga being dragged. And Super isn't Transformers, it isn't a big advertisement to sell merchandise no more than One Piece is.

What Kale haters ? If she does that everyone will love her forever.

Anything to take the asshole out.

People hate Kale with a passion after episode 100

They hate Caulifla and Ribrianne too, but the hate for Kale is real
I could probably fill out a whole page with hateful Kale comments since the spoilers came out

Lol, 3 weeks of U6 Saiyans, I'm interested.
I really wish Goku was down for longer. Hopefully one of these episodes show someone else from U7 doing some stuff.
I imagine Jiren vs Hit will be going on in the background of all of these episodes.

With all the focus U6 is getting, I wonder if they're next on the chopping block.

And I don't see Hit lasting long against Jiren. Even if we put hit above Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Goku, Jiren took on and beat Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan/Kaioken x20 Goku. Hit will need a lot of improvement and a pray to making through the first episode. I also can't imagine Kale and Cali challenging Goku while Hit is getting smashed in the background.

The main complaint about every arc so far up till now has it has been too rushed....

Well the Black arc anyway, and it wasn't that universal of a criticism.

I don't think anyone thought the BoG arc was rushed. The RoF arc, id even k. Everyone just thinks it's trash lol. I don't think I hear about the U6 tourney arc being "too rushed."

I think the RoF arc was "too rushed" in a sense considering it could have went in a much more interesting direction overall, but for what it was what it was I definitely don't think the pacing was too fast.

What if he improved just by watching.

Jiren is told by his GoD to take out Goku, if he's not fighting with Hit anymore after 111 then why is he not going after Goku?

I feel like the spoilers indicate that Jiren gets taken out, but it could be a Goku v Ribrianne esque situation where the fight just goes nowhere for multiple episodes while other characters are focused on.

The true end game of mastering movement without thought is that the two fighters end up flailing at each other ineffectually, being infinitely unable to hit the other due to their ability to dodge almost any attack.

I have heard both ways with the Future Trunks Saga. It was either rushed or dragged depending on who you talked to. Although, almost every agreed the manga version of that arc was dragged, specifically everything with Merged Zamasu.

Battle of Gods, people thought it dragged at the time, but nowadays people think the pacing was fine overall with two episodes needing to be cut. Resurrection 'F', for most part people think it is rushed both story-wise and animation.

As for the spoiler:

I can see Hit studying Jiren, but that is still a huge gap for Hit to overcome and remember Jiren saw Hit fight too. I just don't see Hit becoming over 20x more powerful in a short time, especially since even if he did he would still be far behind Jiren. Hit will undoubtable give a great fight, but lasting several episodes, that's pushing it.

Jiren is told by his GoD to take out Goku, if he's not fighting with Hit anymore after 111 then why is he not going after Goku?

U11 already tried to tried to wipe out Hit, so I can see Jiren finishing the job, especially if Hit inserts himself into Goku and Jiren's match to save Goku. It is possible that although Hit goes down, he does something to Jiren to forces him to rest too. Either between Hit and Goku, anyway.

I can't believe only 19 minutes have elapsed. How fucking long is this arc gonna go on for?

They're operating on Frieza time

Not sure how you get that from the spoilers since it shows Jiren having the upper hand. Goku v Ribrianne is different since Goku spent the entire time dicking around and I can't see Jiren doing that against Hit who can improved mid-battle.

If I have to guess, I say that Jiren between his battle with Goku and Hit does get hurt and is forced to rest for a short time, which is why he isn't going after Goku and putting his head on a spike.

Edit: Forgot the spoiler tag. Sorry.

Super promotes the Dragonball franchise in general by existing, but it's not really directly tied to merchandising. A direct merchandising tie in would have elements designed by Bandai staff, alongside the anime staff needing to tie show debuts with the merchandising line, rather than the other way around.

I got it because the spoilers for future episodes don't mention Jiren, so either this means the fight ends, or the fight is just put on pause. It doesn't have to make sense, but that doesn't mean I can't see it happening.
