I haven't been this hyped for a racing game since GT5, and all the pre-release madness that bought with it. But to be frank, I just can't get over so many of this game's content choices, despite how hyped I am for this game. It is absolutely infuriating and bewildering.
For example, we have the R8 LMS GT3, which was one of the very first cars seen in the original announcement trailer back in 2015. Where is the road car version of it that it's based on? Nowhere to be seen. Same goes for the Beetle. We have this PD original creation for Gr.3, but there's no playable production model? Where did they get the data for it then, if the road car is not in the game?
Then we have other models in the Gr.3 category that PD have gone to the trouble of making cars for it based on real-world road cars. Why did PD need to go to the trouble of making a C7 Gr.3 and an NSX Gr.3 WHEN THEY ALREADY HAVE REAL-LIFE GT3 CATEGORY SPEC CARS BASED ON THEM AVAILABLE TO MODEL.
Don't even get me started on PD's insistence of cramming in their largely hit-and-miss original tracks over real-world circuits in an FIA APPROVED AND ENDORSED GAME.
Dragon Trail is by far and away the best circuit they have made on HD consoles though, I will say that.
I can only hope that Kaz keeps to his word and provides us with regular updates because for as jaw-dropping as this game looks the content this game is looking to ship with is underwhelming considering how long into the gen we are and how far the genre has come over the space of a few short years; "bubububu HD cars" is not a valid excuse anymore.
Yes, the support for GT5 and GT6 was pretty good, considering (if memory serves) it was all free with the exception of Spa and the first car pack for GT5. However, with only Kaz's trademark hollow promises to go on and no season pass announcement or roadmap (excuse the pun) of post-release DLC I expect this aspect of the game to be ripped to shreds come review time, and deservedly so.
Pattern? Yes I like camera shake. Sorry if it annoys you if I want to know if it's in or not. I don't have the beta and I've seen videos with shake but some say it's justVR while others say they think it's a menu option.
No idea, it's VAG's low budget brand so that might be it I guess. Not the typical racing cars either I guess. But I'd love to tune the crap out of a 2011 Skoda Superb!
I have Logitech DFGT, but couldn't find GIMX in my country. if I want to buy a whole new wheel for PS4. does Thrustmaster T150 an upgrade from DFGT or are they around the same level? should I not bother with T150 and really try to look GIMX from overseas or start looking for T300? although I'm not sure I can justify the price for T300.

most of HDR displays can't even reach 1000 nit in real scenes(ks series, Q series, sony ex9000 and lower, all OLEDs). So, do you think we(exept ex930/40/z9 owners) need to set slider by 1/10?
