It's just strange imagery with zero context to me. It's either going to be a fucking masterpiece, or an incoherent mess. The main thing that's causing me to remain just a tiny bit skeptical though, is the fact that it's supposedly open world. If MGSV taught me anything, it's that Kojima style storytelling and open world design just don't go together. Hopefully he knocks this one out of the park.

We've been shown 16 minutes of footage from this game and I still don't have a clue of wtf is happening. If this game isn't a complete disaster story wise then Kojima is truly the goat.

Interesting theory, but I'm looking forward to many others in the following days/weeks.
If this was a movie I'd definitely go and see what this is, it seems very original thus far. From a game perspective, we haven't seen any gameplay but I'm guessing it's another take on stealth action coupled with horror. Something akin to the tones of Silent Hill but more sci-fi.

No because they never released a hint of gameplay. All you have is Kojima's past MGS hype and his bonker as shit story telling.

Kojima did a talk show not that long ago where he said there will be some form of gunplay. I think it will play like a mgs. Looks like the enemies are invisible a lot and the radar thing will let you know what direction and distance they are from you. Also sound seams to draw them so I'd assume stealth will play a big role.
Kokima is cutting edge. There will be no gameplay in this game.
