Xbox gamers "better" than PS4 and PC according to LG's "completely scientific new research"

I just took the test on my phone.
First attempt got 94 reaction score and top 12% of gamers.


Breakdown of score showed 86% accuracy but only hit 2 green targets, 44 amber targets and 0 red targets with 8 targets missed.

I'm 33 years old and pretty rubbish at games so I don't really buy this.

I also took the test while laying on my back in bed after a big fat juicy wank and huge (for me anyway) load sprayed over my chest. Probably not optimum conditions.

Lmao, tried it for a laugh and it says 108 score top 1% of players.

I grew up consoles and have been primarily PC since 2010.

They're comparing scores on PC with scores on a mobile phone.

This thing is dumb. Also got 105 on my first try.

They were all using the mouse to do the test and also it just asks you to select your "preference" so no telling how accurate that was.

I just did it and got much higher scores than the averages.

It doesn't corelate at all though, Xbox players wouldn't be better at using a mouse to aim than PC gamers.

I don’t know if this means anything but Xbox With 79.7 and PlayStation gamers with 71.9 is much closer than I expected.

The amount of "Microsoft poised to take next-gen" articles with literally no concrete information makes it painfully obvious.

"Microsoft losing this console generation is the best thing to happen to gaming," etc.

No, a console maker completely giving up on producing quality first party content for their millions of customers is not a good thing for gaming.

It's laughably obvious, but gamers these days are so goddamn dense of course they're going to do it and get away with it.

I don't do the fanboy garbage. I own and support everything.

I know shilling when I see it though. And it's clear what they're attempting to do.

As for investing in developers for the future. Fuck yeah, I hope they make the best goddamn games we've ever seen. But that doesn't magically turn them bungling an entire generation into the best thing to happen in gaming.

The Xbox fanbase isn't half as annoying as the Playstation fanbase, I'll give them that. And yes, I say that having experienced what the Xbox Live Experience™ is like. Apparently, many teenagers know my mom in some capacity, half of Germany knows where I'm living and the rest of Europe is convinced that I'm a Nazi.

I’d bet that something like 80% of gaming articles are just press releases disguised as articles. The other 20% are clickbait with inflammatory and/or highly-exaggerated headlines, often with some social justice/culture wars spin to really get those page hits going.

Source: NPC poster with 0% credibility. But atleast that holds more value than a statement by D-Head.

So how is this scientific, how do they know if you're on XBOX, PC or PS4 for sure, anybody can put what they want. Maybe more Xbox fans played......

Best way to test these things is to see who has the best times in the modern warfare shooting test, who has the highest scores in Bayonetta and what percentage of persons have completed the street fighter trials or survival or challenges in select games....

That would be interesting and fun to watch actually, get the best 10 persons from cod or other games from each platform and have them compete against one another to see which platform comes on top. Perhaps I should organize such an event, for multiple games, it sounds like it could pull a crowd or good viewership......:messenger_halo:

The fact that you bring up shooters as a benchmark for a skill set, leads me to believe you don't know much about the competitive scene.

Fighters are arguable one of the most difficult fighting genres to learn because of the steep learning curve and those TPS and FPS don't even come close. CS:GO is one of the most difficult shooters to learn, and it doesn't even come close to fighters.

Guilty Gear Xrd, Street Fighter V, Tekken 7, King of Fighters 14, Soul Calibur V and Dragon Ball FighterZ, Mortal Kombat X (Soon to be 11), Injustice 2.

Overall, the best fighters will generally play on the PS4 if they had to choose between consoles.

Now you have shooters. I've seen you before about how Gears is the best competitive 1st party shooters. If you haven't played others, then I suggest you try the others.

Call of Duty is more a casual shooter and it's easier to learn than the likes of Rainbow Six Siege.


Above shooters are sports, which includes games such as NBA 2K, Madden NFL.

I blame Halo:CE and Halo 2 (basically multiplayer). Xbox players have always been about the FPS.
