Probably not a sequel, but like many of their games draws some inspiration from it.

I’m expecting another dark fantasy with a little more higher elements, more magic focus. Like maybe a darker toned LotR style with some Jacobs Ladder like psychological elements.

But then suddenly just past halfway through the game the characters will start making odd decisions that don't line up with anything they've done in the past acts and the length of the levels will all be cut in half.

In the very final act the primary hero protagonist throughout will suddenly decide the hero-stuff is for the birds and kill his friends to become an exile lumberjack.
