They took a page right out of the Xbox One playbook. All they have to do is say all those accessories they showed today (especially the camera) are packed in and come in at a $100 higher price point.

Its longer, is it actually bigger though? I know that PS4 will fit nicely in my entertainment cabinet. The Xbox doesn't fit unless I move my TV up so it's not being blocked

About what I expected. First thing I did was compare the console versus the controller and then pace it out using the ps4 controller and it came to about that size.

Basically the size of an old school VHS player but still easily fits into standard tv stands and cabinets.

The worst part is (and I don't know how accurate this is) but it looks like the part that's higher then the series X is just either one big fan or 2 small fans to suck the heat out of the bottom.

Are you sure it'll fit? I've got two, low profiles under my ks8000 and I dont think it will, horizontally. I'm not even joking. Vertical, white behemoth standing next to the T.V. or you have some wide damn slots. Kudos.

That is something. Looking at my PS4 Pro, which is pretty dang huge in itself and to think PS5 is much larger than that.

It's not really bigger, it's a much lower profile on it's side than the Series X and it's a lot less wide standing up than the series X. I never stand my consoles up I always lay them down, I don't see this having any issues laying on it's side in an entertainment center. Personally I'll be buying the digital version so it'll be even smaller.

It's like 30-35% thinner at that spot on it's own, it's still significantly lower laying on it's side than the series X.

It was supossed to be even weaker so they decided to OC it so had to make the console bigger to offset the extra heat.
