Isn’t it free with every PS5, tho? I haven’t check the list of stuff Sony gave me recently but I’m pretty sure this is in.
It's not.

ghost of tsushima?

random npcs ai suck. they are zombies. you can't have meaningful conversations with them. makes the world feel empty and dead. just a backdrop with no substance. they don't have a complex day/night work/life cycle. also what happened to the number of npcs? a town where only 8 people live? ghost towns
you can't enter every house.
you can't sit on every chair.
i can't gamble.
i want to go fishing drink eat in restaurants but nothing. dumb
traffic and driving ai nonexistent.
police ai nonexistent you can't even kill npcs it doesn't make logical sense.
progression system is a joke.
player agency is a joke.
sidequests repetitive and awful

overall 4/10

And you can enter every house you filthy, agenda driven edgelord.

In all seriousness, how could you possibly think posting an AI compilation to discredit GoT while defending Cyberpunk would be a good idea? That takes some serious balls, you must be completely oblivious to what's circulating on the internet right now.

You'd be pretty naive to think it won't get fixed.

Its pretty naive to think "fixed" means it will magically make the game into something better. You can fix the game from crashing and running like slideshow, but those fixes aren't going to make the fundamental shortcomings of the mechanics and they way certain aspects are built, such as the police AI/behavior. That wouldnt be "fixing" the game. That would be changing the entire structure of the game. I find it hard to believe that will happen.

Even still, this company has already lied to your face and your suggestion is keep trusting them. Nah, I am good. If it gets there, good for them, I will look at once its a complete product.

Has nothing to do with the conversation I am having with this other. Try harder next time.

it has everything to do. though. this thread is about how ghost of tsushima is a better alternative to cyberpunk. both open world games. one of the pitfalls of cyberpunk as you said is their "awful" police/npcs AI behaviour and lack of open world meaningless activities. tell me please how ghost of tsushima is so much better in that aspect.
unless you don't want to answer because GoT's world is even worse. you can't do shit

I am strictly talking about bugs and performance issues, not game mechanics missing. What the fuck are you on about? It was pulled due to bugs not missing features, which will get fixed 100%. Go cry about missing game mechanics and whatnot in the other threads. It's still an incredible game even without those things you complain.

My GF gifted me GoT for Xmas, it was a early gift to get it on discount over BF PSN Deals Section.

Game is amazing and you should buy it with the money from CB, in fact you´ll even save some since i believe IT IS ON SALE AGAIN!

Here´s my takeaways:

- Huge, Beautiful Map.
- Tales feel like Main Missions, Main Missions are even better.
- Excellent Combat, no perfect but damn good.
- Graphics are outstading & 60fps on Ps5. pretty much locked too!
- Gameplay is also pretty fun and strikes a great balance.

I have to agree that the game is really good. I am really enjoying the combat and exploring the world. It is a very well balanced open world game.

Who said it was pulled due to missing features? What the fuck are you on about?

You are the one telling people they should continue trusting a company who has already lied and released a broken product. Combined with deceiving trailers and promises that were never fulfilled.

You also have no way of knowing it will be fixed "100%." Zero

But clearly you have no way of having a conversation without resorting to saying people are "crying." SO have a good one.

The combat in Ghosts on hard is very good, needs gaiden like control on new LETHAL hardest difficulty and is rewarding and best I ahve seen for a large world.

Cyberpunk has gunplay and gameplay ? I have not seen anything half decent, GTA5 is better and that is poor

You realize its possible to have a conversation in a thread topic that isnt directly correlated to topic that still pertains and has merit correct? Clearly not. Go push your hating agenda somewhere else. Nobody cares. I don't even care for Ghosts of Tsushima but notice I don't need to try and insert my opinion where it doesnt make sense.

your hating agenda? i'm not the one who's hating to be honest. you are. those "fundamental shortcomings" you mention are present in every open world action/adventure/rpg game made in history

Are you fucking blind my dude? I said it was pulled due to bugs NOT because it's missing features which ure crying about. lmfao are you high or are you raging because your love did not meet the expectations? Bugs will be fixed. 100% and as I previously said you'd be naïve to think otherwise. :)

Alexios

Cores, shaders and BIOS oh my!
Yeh, reward Sony for their lousy refund practices and trying to make this out to be some special out of the norm case by buying their token ubi-esque bland open world with shallow gameplay, er, game.

you can't enter every house. you can enter most houses though. which make sense because towns are made of 5 houses. lol what a joke. 3/10 now that i think of it.
i'm not defending cyberpunk AI. i'm saying if cyberpunks ai is shit then GoT ai is shit too and you can add HZD AC and every other open world action adventure/rpg game to that list.

Don't pass gaas, it is your Destiny!
Playing thru Valhalla (over 50hrs in at this point lol). After a break from these types of games I’ll give ghost a play thru. Maybe if I’m lucky there will be more ps5 enhancemts by then. Slim pickings coming year for me (can think of 4 games I’m looking forward to and 2 don’t hit till fall, halo and horizon 2) so will have plenty of time.

You can though. Why lying?

lol what a joke. 3/10 now that i think of it.
Oh, so it's on par with Valhalla now:

valhalla? no police ai. can't talk about life with npcs. in fact i cant even kill more than 3 civilians without getting desync. the world feels dead and empty. can't enter every house. can't sit on every chair this is not immersive and doesn't make sense. lackluster progression mechanics. it's called assassins creed and i'm literally going with an axe killing people head on. AND NOW MTX? 3/10 at least it runs on last gen systems.

Too bad it's still inferior to GoW:

god of war had terrible side quests and the combat ai wasn't exactly very bright. no driving. the same shop everywhere. no npcs ai so not work/life cycle and non existant dialogue since they don't exist, the world feels empty and dead. non existent police ai. no shooting at all and lack of balancing. 5/10

I'd say your rating system is a joke.

All your posts are spent in defence of Cyberpunk while discrediting other games at the same time, that's kinda weird.

it's not weird at all because i'm not really discrediting other games. i'm nitpicking and criticizing the same dumb things people criticize of cyberpunk's world exposing how every other game does the same shit and no one complains about it because it doesn't really matter.

You can though. Why lying?

i found two i couldn't enter

Probably more like 7 or 8 hours played. Then I uninstalled it. The game is trash to me.

Bought Ghosts of Tsushima a couple days after I stopped playing CP2077, and I love it. And no, I don't like AC games, although Valhalla looks ok, mainly due to the viking theme.

GoT is the shit though, can't put it down. I have around 25-30 hours already.

Bummed that I bought 2 broken ass games one right after another. Dirt 5 and CP2077.

I'm actually going to give Stadia a shot. Got my data cap removed and it's free for the first month.

Buy Immortals instead (it's 40 on Xbox digital, so maybe it'll be 40 on PSN soon). It's like Breath of the Wild minus the stupid shit.

Ghost of Tsushima is fine but it absolutely doesn't deserve 60$. I actually like the story (a lot of people don't), characters and even the gameplay is relatively okay on hard difficulties... but that doesn't fix the boring open-world (pretty but empty), bad gamedesign and repetitive missions. The story has tons of what is called "filler", too. It's a good game, don't get me wrong.. but it's not comparable to Cyberpunk or some other notable releases of this year. The closest thing I can compare Ghost to is Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity - it's kind of shallow, can be fantastic for a few minutes... but if you like the story and okay with doing the same thing over and over, it'll probably be okay.

Read my tears about xbox here --->
Ghost does everything well but nothing amazing imo.

Good game but not top tier. But then again Cyberpunk isn't either
Art direction is top tier and the combat is way above the majority of open world games as well.
I would say Jins story progession and character growth is executed very well too.

I'm playing it, and the game is fun. But that's it.

Cant say that I'm finding it great.

Graphics are really nice, I love the lack of minimap, very clean ui

But the story/characters are a snoozefest. Jim has the charisma of a plank of wood. Can't skip dialogue even in sidequests. Cutscene direction/dialogue is subpar compared to Horizon or Days Gone.

What keeps me playing is the gameplay. It's excellent, way better than any other open world this generation. Challenging, snapy, diverse. Taking down enemy camps is a chore in any other game, but I love killing mongols in this game. Always feels good.

So yeah, expect a 8/10 game.

I find it overrated, but I find every open world game by Sony to be overrated lol

Never really enjoyed Horizon or Days Gone that much, but everyone seem to love them.
