I didn't actually realise he had more than one restaurant and that he owned them. I had seen that he was based in Dubai and assumed after he went viral the owners of the Dubai restaurant paid him big bucks to go work for them rather than him being the owner. If he's not going to be there then I don't understand why anyone would go. It's also a years old meme at this point. Are people's friends and family really impressed by it in 2021?

Went to Scotland myself to mountain bike. (Buddy living there).
Finished it but was near dead by the end, got exhausted at the final part and read a sign wrong and went back up the hill.
People wondered where I went to. This was hours long and after having to cycle over a plank over a river (Trail was hardcore).
Then I had to do it again!
Scotland is truly beautiful though, no doubt. The people are lovely but not a chance I'd fight them either.
