Suggest the next comic super hero Sony should get exclusively for PS.

After doing great with Spiderman, SONY just showed they can do great super hero games.
So who would you want they GET next & who is the developer?

For me I'd like Naughty Dog to take on Old Superman game.

Nobody has ever done a good Superman game from what I know & maybe only Naughty Dog can do him justice.
Superman has to be old & not that too powerful so they can confine him game play wise.
Or you have other better ideas you'd like to share.

EDIT:
After reading the replies many have some great ideas so let me add them.

Wolverine could be done by Santa Monica. With their expertise on GOW this one's no brainer.

Imagine exploring Atlantis as Aquaman. Guerilla Games showed us its possible in the upcoming Horizon FW

An ordinary Spawn would be to Batmany so why not a Medival Spawn by Sucker Punch or Blue Point.

Doesn't Superman gain more power as he ages? He was damn near a God in Kingdom Come

Don't care if it's a PS exclusive or not, but I'd love to see a Blade game.
Some sweet hand to hand combat, sword fights and gunplay with a tone closer to Del Toro's movie and some techno-industrial-aggrotech soundtrack.

I have no idea why but I’m reminded of the Buffy game on the original Xbox. Did you ever play it? The game had NO business being that good. It felt like everyone who worked on it really loved the IP, that’s what we need on licensed stuff.

I think the old white version of nick fury would have been an interesting game. He deals with shady government organizations and mutants, plus he is usually more physically fit. I like samuel l. jackson but he just seems to be more bark than bite as nick fury. I still want a gambit game set in the boonies of Louisiana. Wouldn't a mystique spy game be pretty interesting. An xmen academy version of the hogwarts game as a new young mutant. Charles xavier version of the psychonauts. Colossus storyline would be fun. Just make it over the top and set in Russia.

if they continue closing worldwide iconic character behind exclusivity bs would be just and only bad. They can invent their own new superhero tho

I loved that Punisher game made by Volition. It was fun and really felt like a game based on a comic book.

Don't know if Sony could do something like Volition since Spiderman felt more like a movie than a comic book, but their studios are obviously capable of making an outstanding Punisher game.

IP's are sitting around for anyone to fund and produce. It's either have nothing at all or have someone step up like Sony and make these games.

You can have 3rd party have the usual garbage like recent Avengers as well.

Sony owns Spider-man, Venom, and some few related IP's, the rest are held by WB games or open for anyone to invest in.

I don't think that closing spiderman behind a wall of exclusivity was a good idea for the world of gamers (probably it was for only for ps users). Hope Sony understands this after the avengers debalcle and release the game on PC in the near future

Selling near/more than 20M copies of the PS4 one, and now this new spin off still selling pretty strong suggests otherwise.

Spiderman was so shit before that. Only great super-hero games outside that is Batman made by WB themselves as publishers.

People want Sony here because they know how to make great, top quality games.

You say that but -
I don't give a flying fuck whether Marvel or Sony made the first move. I don't want to have to buy a console in order to enjoy a game when I have a beast of a pc to play games.

You asked what games I want to see as exclusives and I answered. Perhaps hardware console companies should focus on stuff like haptic feedback to attract gamers, and not hold the games themselves hostage.

"BUH, BUH BUH ... BUH MAH BRAGGING RIGHTS, BUH BUH BUH!!"
Nobody cares about your bragging rights.

You know that gaming business is that... business? It's not charity. If PC gamers want it so bad maybe fund another studio to make it with $350 million and hope this time it'll pass pre-alpha phase like Star Citizen.

You have a beast PC, I have one as well, you can afford a console as a side dish.

I understand the logic old friend, I just don't agree with it.

In the end, it matters not. The era of exclusive games is slowly coming to an end.

like to see Antman game that utilize the ssd to generate level(when going big and small) like rachet and clank does.

the animation sequence when changing size could be the 2 second 'portal'

disappear ant man GIF

give it to insomniac since they already has expertise in this area. gameplay wise it would be fun game.
