No idea what could be delayed but from the wording it does sound like he thinks it's more than one game that's being delayed. I don't really mind delays, I'm always happy to wait if a game needs an extra couple of weeks or months to be completed.

I'm a little late to this news, but as someone that only liked not loved the Halo games, I hope it's Halo. The current state of Infinite didn't impress me at all. For something so huge that has had so much money dumped into it at this point, they really need it to be great. Hopefully they learned from the CP2077 mess and decide to just keep working at it until it's a really great game. I realize a lot of fans want the game sooner than later, but I think giving it proper time to fix its shit is more important.
While they're at it, they should just shut down 343i and give the game to competent devs.

Rare has operated like that since the 90s, its never had a structure, MS biggest problem with rare is when rare has an idea they announce it and then rare decide to go back to the drawing board but yes 343 has an abysmal structure when it comes to games, apparently alot of thr problems they are facing has came down to the amount of time its took them to create there own engine and struggling what to do with it after making it, it was like the halo 5 beta, the beta was so much enjoyable then the final game

Cyberpunk says, "Hello." Jokes aside, Gran Turismo is notorious for delays after delays. To me that trailer last week still looks a bit rough, so I can see GT7 being the delayed game. We'll find out soon enough.

And the way his tweet comes off as depressing in tone compared to his other tweets that had a different tone to them.
more maybe it’s just EA wanna flex on halo for whatever reason (preorders looking good maybe) and they feel it’s in its own league

I'm glad you can sleep well again tonight. But i still think Halo is one of the games that will see a delay. The fact that this is one of the games people think about, it's because most do not have much faith in 343 studios.

It was pretty obvious it wouldn't be Halo since Phil has said they were ready and looking for the right date, then they announced it.
It's nice to have big heavy hitters like this and Horizon 5 coming at the biggest sales peak of the year.

Sorry but i do not see much hype on different forums i visit. Not much talk about it in general and MS has not showed much from the singleplayer and we're almost in Oktober. Sure this can change but clearly people are overall more interested in BF over Halo atm. The fact that no one cares about the other games when someone says that they might get a delay, but xbox fans start whining when someone mentions that it might also affect Halo, says a lot about which group is uncertain.
The only insecure people here are the 2 clowns that are crying about people who think Halo will still get a delay.

The fact that a certain group of people keep saying Halo will be delayed says enough about the hype for me. The amount of hate this game still gets should tell you the hype is real. You're basically confirming it with your behavior.
We'll see in a couple of months based on number of players. I expect it to reach 5mil in the first week.

People are only stating things that literally were discussed by the dev's themselves. Jason Schrier and Jeff grubb literally a year ago broke the state of the game and turmoil within the studio. The fact we've seen no new campaign gameplay plus super last minute date for the game paints a picture that no offense is hard to ignore. Regardless if everything comes out ok, you can't be blind to the signs and evidence that the game has had a insane amount of issues coming to market.
The fact forge and co-op are next year is the big red flag, that rumors by reporting last year were pretty on the money of the state of the game internally and that shipping it in pieces was discussed.
