Want to play this someday, but I hate hide and seek horror games with a passion. But this seems different enough for me to try someday.

I loved this game back in the day!

i remember playing a demo of this game on the dreamcast. it didnt impress me like those other jrpgs at the time so i never gave it a shot but i've always wanted to see what the hype was about. what other games does this game remind you of?

Fantastic RPG with an interesting story. Similar to Avatar: You come from earth and crash your spaceship on what you thought was a deserted planet. Only to find out that it’s full of life and that you have to stop the terraforming your race has planned, as it would wipe out all civilization. Interesting concept as well with 2D isometric and 3D environments. The fighting system is great as well.
Still want to beat this one

Tecmo Deception Series. They made several of them but the first one on PS1 is still so unique.

The first one had a warning: "This game contains satanic messaging" or some such shit.(you were killing people with traps in order to revive Satan.) The sequels kind of toned down that aspect. Lol.

Majority of UbiSoft and Sony games are pretty forgettable, I am not talking about Last of Us or Uncharted but when was the last time someone talked about Warhawk or Infamous or that other game with Giant Enemy Crab?

I want a new Folklore! I loved the game so much. The wonders they could do with it on a PS5!

Also Heavenly Sword! Beautiful game hit by the angered troll fans of the PS3/360 generation.

Lair! A game that destroyed Motion controls (even though worked perfectly fine) and it’s because of this that we can’t have Motion aiming as standard!

A shame no one talks about this game anymore.
It's so unique. A game that aimed to be similar DMC1 in combat simplicity, and having an Okami like artsyle, yet is so original with it's themes and music style and mechanics...I have it's remaster on Steam....I should continue replaying it there sometime

Still my favorite Rare game ever (and imo the best Kart Racer ever), hoping Microsoft/Nintendo can work out a deal to get this playable on Switch (and Xbox if possible but seems unlikely with Diddy Kong being in it)
Fuck no!!

Thanks to this video game, I stopped being a fan of Donkey Kong Country... I play so hard that it still gives me a headache to remember it.

It is one of the few video games that i sold it.

The other was the Yoshi story crap.

I have heard Diddy Kong Racing is hard as hell.
Also, Chocobo Racing and Critical Depth. American McGee games.

Great soundtrack too. Pretty sure I've listen to the OST more times than I've played the game. 🤣

That was Genji 2, which wasn’t received well at release. It’s predecessor Genji, Days of Blade on PS2 was great though.

the vast majority of PSP games...
Mercury, Exit 1 and 2, Persuit Force, Daxter, the Medievil remake that was 1000 times better than both the original game and the shitty PS4 remake, Mega Man Powered Up, Maveric Hunter X, Splinter Cell Essentials, Prinny 1 and 2...

the PSP isn't talked about a lot anymore, it had many exclusive new IPs and spinoffs from established IPs that are often overlooked and forgotten.

Underrated gem from the PS360 era. You fight against the Nazis and blow up their infrastructure. It's plays like a GTA where you run around the open world, liberating areas from the Germans by blowing shit up. Has a pretty cool visual flair, where occupied areas are in black and white, and when you liberate them, they get back the color. Would love a sequel, or even a remaster.

Actually one of the few games I have actually ever completed. Absolutely adored it!
