It won't. This half in half out strategy doesn't work. Being fully exclusive wasn't even working for them.Fair, but--
If you look at data, you can see invariably that sales of the majority of the PS5 ports of the titles so far have sold very well(particularly Forza).
So if your purpose is to make Xbox profitable again or increase software sales, what evidence is there that removing a singular game but keeping all the others will avail your struggles and help your bottom line?

Well i personally think they are doing this to give Helix the best possible chance to sell. If it doesnt sell, they will go back to releasing on everything.
Same way Sony flip flopped on PC ports with PS6 coming up.
It will be on pc also, console exclusive was the information they wanted out there!Only on consoles holy shit lol, what a hell, shes making moves, but this might be too bold.
why does it matter which consoles it's onA decent start…shame about halo and fable…maybe contracts were already signed. But if they are serious about selling consoles they have to drop steam.

Just buy an Xbox, bro.
They are not leaving PC stop this bs.Its on PC, its just not on PS5...for now
They probably have 20 mil people paying a monthly sub. If they drive them to ps5 they lose them forever.
And ps5 ports mostly flopped. Only Fh5 did big numbers. Like Sony on PC nobody was buying their games. Why risk losing subscribers?
They're specifically saying it's not timed too.
What you don't like guns magically stick to leather coats?Game looks really disappointing graphics wise. Especially when you compare it to Metro 2039 which looks like 2 generations ahead.
So just buy the game or subscribe to Game Pass and play it on XBOX or PC or just get one of those platforms if you don't own one already.Interesting move from Asha. With Xbox hardware sales in decline and an existing user base fully trained to expect everything on Game Pass, locking Gears of War: E-Day as a console exclusive feels like a step back. That is a massive amount of full-priced PS5 sales left on the table.
Xbox already tried the hardline exclusivity tactic during the early Series X/S generation under Phil before pivoting to multi-platform releases. It's hard to see what has changed enough internally to make a sudden pivot back to exclusivity a winning strategy this time around.
If that were true nearly everything else, specifically their biggest franchise wouldn't be coming to PS5They probably have 20 mil people paying a monthly sub. If they drive them to ps5 they lose them forever.

? Nobody said they would. I was only implying it will come to PS5 at some pointThey are not leaving PC stop this bs.
the only reason console sales are down right now is cuz the Xbox is too damn expensiveInteresting move from Asha. The platform is dying, they need exclusive content.why does it matter which consoles it's on
Nobody's buying an extortionate console/PC like Helix for one exclusive a year. Asha's right that if they want a healthy console it has to have exclusives, but you also have to have an affordable machine. I just don't understand wtf they're playing at. Helix cannot compete with PS6 if it's like double the price. It's just impossible.
sadly I don't think it will and it's really a trash decision? Nobody said they would. I was only implying it will come to PS5 at some point
They flopped and only Forza did big numbers? None of the others made a difference?

Xbox just had a great Q2...and it might have PlayStation to thank. Or is it PlayStation that should be thanking Xbox?www.ign.com
Are you absolutely certain you want to stand by that statement?

I don't think you're in any danger of losing Bethesda games or Minecraft on ps5. They probably signed deals for Halo and Fh6 etc already. Looks like they really pulled the plug on Gears ps5 at the last minute too.
He had a great source early on but has not been very reliable as of late though the pin comment seemed more of a guess on his partBet Sneaker is still searching for those pins they put in the hardware![]()
