Looks great. Continue it. But I'd suggest you remove the "Remastered in HD" and "3D Compatible Game" bits.

Looking good! Its cool to see a WIP on here. There is so much MGS art out there, you would think there would be more covers for the HD collection in here.
Though personally i like them as clean and simplistic as possible, without all the barcodes and ESRB all that extra "stuff". Maybe you could make two versions? The three colors are really awesome, Raiden especially!

I would love an Orange Box PS3 box art that doesn't suck.
I'd love the PC cover to be on the front and back, but be adjusted to look like a PS3 game, and it to have a spine similar to Portal 2.
But instead of it having a blue guy exiting the portal, have an orange guy entering the Portal.

Don't worry, that back cover is just a place holder. The real back cover on the steelbook is completely free of barcodes or any text even; just those three coloured stripes and MGS art.

I want to have it look like the Portal 2 PS3 cover. I want the spine to say Portal 1 with the logo showing the orange guy entering the portal(since 2 has the blue guy exiting the portal).
I want the rest of the art to look like the Portal PC cover, but tweaked to reflect PS3 standard covers. I don't really like the minimalist look, just want it to look like the rest of my PS3 games.
If you could do this, I would absolutely love you. I will print it out put it with my game and take pictures for you to see. Thanks in advance if so.

I'm a bit surprised to see no Rare boxes. I think a Kameo, Banjo Kazooie, Viva Pinata and PD0 simplstic boxes would be pretty awesome.
so you want your retail copy of orange box for ps3 to look like a portal1 to match your retail portal2 for ps3? Do you want the number "1" on there? or just "Portal"?

I don't suppose anyone has the hi-res artwork for the original Morrowind/Oblivion and Skyrim covers stored somewhere? I'm trying to create some 'tome-like' custom covers, without any console logos or ratings (so basically, just the art).

here's one for Skyrim. Just like dead island, everytime I see the map it makes me want to play it so the old map seemed fitting for coverart. Plus a little wax stamp.

I hear you sir, this one was kind of a guilty pleasure for me, and once printed out it works, makes you want to flip it around and see what the back looks like. Thought others might enjoy it as well. But thanks for the advice, I know this thread is more than just a wallpaper copy pasta, and im glad to be a part of it.
