lol, there's been so many Pokemon ripoffs in the past couple days. What's going on?Q

lol at description, reminds of people selling Playstation 2 *boxes* for hundreds of dollars

I love my iPhone, but Apple really needs to have stricter guidelines for apps. I know they want everything to be open and they make money when people accidentally download a BS app that does nothing, but it would be better for everyone if they tightened the reigns a bit.

I dare someone to buy it and experience the journey.

Seriously though. What the fuck? That first paragraph literally describes playing some sort of game, albeit a racing one.

Surprisingly, they allow that kind of stuff, but they look and ban anything sex-related, even if it's a semitransparent nipple beyond a girl's shirt in a +18 yo app.

I clicked this thread hoping it was an official Nintendo Pokemon app. That'll be the day... but I wouldn't be surprised.

:(

I thought it was real and that Nintendo was listening to the stockholders.

Well, its real in that there is a product being sold through Apple's online service called "Pokemon - Pocket Edition".

Why on earth would Nintendo want to dilute the exclusivity of a multi million dollar franchise when their 3DS is finally picking up steam?

That is simply genius.

It reminds me of all those years ago, when ebay sellers were selling "XBOX BOX" for hundreds during the Christmas rush. They were making money from idiots not reading the description. The text even said "You are buying a replacement cardboard box for your Xbox".
