It's my birthday and all I got was a broken leg and ex gf.

Went skating with friends and wiped out hard. Broke my tibia and had 3 nails drilled to fix it. While I was getting surgery I was supposed to have a birthday party at that time. My GF decides that it's more important to go to "my" surprise party instead of seeing me in the hospital. When I come to 4 hours later, shes still nowhere to be found and I get a random text message saying its not working out. We've dated for 2 years.

Long story short, she never comes to see me and breaks up with me right before my birthday, which is right now. And I'm on neogaf in crutches and on lots of Percocet. I ain't even mad.

Glad you are in good spirits, but it would be incredibly shitty of your girlfriend to dump you when you broke your leg OR on your birthday...as she has managed both, gaf's sympathies are well-deserved.

Do you know how long you'll have to wear a cast yet? Sounds like a nasty break.

Sorry to hear, man. Hope your leg gets better! As it was posted earlier, anyone who's willing to break up with a guy on his birthday with a broken leg is hardly "the one".

If it makes you feel any better, I've had a relationship end on my birthday. I didn't have GAF to lift my spirits :)

Get well friend, we've all had our bad days, and sometimes all the events amalgamate, lining up just perfectly, to make them all the more memorable.

Gotta wear it for 5 weeks at least. Fell on my tibia plateau (right under the knee) with my entire body weight and going downhill. Friends said it was the gnarliest wipeout theyve seen. Not too sure how to feel about that. Anyways my GF was acting weird all week to me but I didn't think she had it in her to break up with me right before my goddamn birthday. Just bought her $50 bright blue orchids too. So fucked man!

Pretty sure someone boned her. But seriously if they cant see how evil this chick can get, then sucks to be them. I don't have time to be upset over skanks.
 
Sorry for the tough times, but at least you had a surprise party planned for you. My birthday was Friday, and no one noticed except a few friends who text me. Maybe I should get back on fb? lol
 
Sorry to hear that man. My last ex ended it over a text too; shit sucks and is wildly disrespectful, but at least you'll realize (if you haven't already) that you're way better off.

GAF is a great way to vent these things out. Although I must say I'm jealous of the percs.

Not replying to her will drive her insane though.

I think its important right now to act happy and then when she asks her friends to ask your friends how you've been, when it gets back to her that you're happy than you'll be the bad guy!

I love these sort of things!
