if the anti-used games part is true, it won't affect me either way, but it would bring a smile to my face. I hate leeches and poor people.

I don't understand why PS4 would have an issue running (most) PSN titles. Something like Castle Crashers or Scott Pilgrim would be too hard to emulate? WTF. A PC has millions of different possible hardware combinations, but in 99% of cases there's no "backwards compatibility" hurdles to overcome unless it's dealing with something like a 10-15 year OS difference.
