Halo |OT2| Hyper-Athletic Speed And Mass And Weight and Power

I keep seeing a a half of a ship steering wheel.

Yeah that's what I saw (see two posts above yours), and I was hoping that they had a cool name for ship's steering wheels, but there isn't one sadly.

Based on the concept art of Wraparound, it seems that names of clouds would make a good map name.

I'm a bit partial to a name like Cirrus or Nimbus.

Man that would rule.
For 343 to troll you properly I should've made it "Kylej's Cinematic Robot Superstore". Another missed opportunity. Gotta get my head in the game.

These are good.

HARD TO STARBOARD

I just saw Titanic...what?
This is bad.

I'm going neggy in every game period right now. Worst week of Halo in my life. Can't get my head in the game.

Playing through the times I do bad makes me a lot better. For serious.

Something like figuring out what to do when things aren't going right.

What the hell do you do if you're bad at Halo? I mean, in a game like StarCraft it's obvious--you memorize build orders, you get down your mechanics, work on being a more efficient player, etc.

If you suck at a shooter, it's not like someone can say "just aim better".

I think part of my problem is my terrible slow-turn ridden controller. The thing is falling apart. Pretty sure I just suck balls right now too though. I need to cleanse kids in Squad Slayer for five hours to get back on my grind.

Do you want to submit content to the Community Cartographers? Use this. Your submission can be easily tracked on the backend.

Fill out the form, make sure you've got the required fields, and I'll give each submission at least one look as long as it's filled out properly during the fileshare blackout. The other cartographers have backend access to this as well.*

* This is a test run of using this software, and is not guaranteed to remain available for the entire blackout

edit: if you already submitted a map via another method before April 1st (either to my email or my thread on Waypoint), you do not need to submit it again

Watch pros play.

That was one of my ideas for when I was learning XNA I wanted to make a "FPS Training" XBLA game where people competed over little mini games and competed to get on leaderboards.

Like speed tests, accuracy tests, stuff like that.

But yea you can get better aim. Only play games like Snipers and SWAT and your aim gets better because its more important. I always like to play Snipes to keep my sniper skills up. Play some MLG too. Memorize weapon spawns and times and actually use them to your advantage. Theres a million things you can do. Plan double's moves with a friend. Get a teammate to hide around a corner and trick the enemy into thinking they can kill you by getting a few shots down then book it and when they chase your teammate can backsmack em. Look at all the spawn spots on every map in Forge and learn the rhythyms to where people spawn. You should always have a tactile feel in game to where everyone is based on where you spawned and moved.

By the way, Overkill and I decided to work on a Asylum replacement together and we'll probably be submitting that tomorrow. We combined our maps taking the best of both worlds which has resulted in a more accurate remake with less objects and budget used than Refuge.

So long as you fix the DAMN z-fighting, and make it symmetrical...
