Yay, now Hollie Cavanaugh's coronated their engagement with "Blah blah Shit (Etude)" - that's now their song. I hope they remember it every time they look at each other's sad, wretched faces.

Jordin you are being too soft in this performance. PLEASE clock this chick.

EDIT: Hear that, Hollie? That's what the note is supposed to sound like...

I just thought of something.

You could pretty much get anyone to agree to marry you on this show.

The audience pressure from a "No." would overwhelm any woman.

Been out of the loop a long time. My summary so far of tonight:

Hey look, it's trashy, abuse loving Rihanna trying to sing while gyrating in a skanky outfit. And then we get Neil Diamond and Reba? This is the best they could do? John Fogerty was awesome though, he still rocked Bad Moon like always.

Definitely sounded like some lip synching/pre-recording at the beginning of Jen's performance. Not sure about the rest. And thank goodness for the return of 'Lil John! "Putch Yo hands up!!! Putch Yo hands up!!!" What would the industry DO without such innovative rap DJ vocals to freshen up feat. tracks like this?!

And after starting off the season by brazenly hitting on a 15 year old right to her own father, Steven Tyler decides to cap things off tonight by...hitting on a sloth. BARF Could the dude get any more gross?

And an obvious, see it a mile away stage proposal. Ya-a-a-a-a-y?

This would have been good as well. Diana achieved what Hollie tried.

Agreed. I kept hoping for Hollie to break through that glass emotional barrier all season. Diana managed to, and gave some great performances toward the end (No more tears, don't cry out loud).

I was just thinking about being on pitch.

Granted I had no sense of pitch back then, so maybe I'm misremembering. But still!

Deandre, if you can't nail a Bee Gees song with that falsetto...#hangitup

Indeed!
