do you make subtitles with frames or did you use the animation time line thing?

Thanks guys for the comments!

What I'm about to describe is a method I found online for Jasc Animation Shop. It may not be the best program, nor may it be the best method, but here's what I did:

After doing the Animation Wizard to get all the pictures together (you know, just to get the regular animation without the subtitles), I started a new file and "inserted" "empty frames." I found that it is important to make sure that the frames are empty or else when you copy it later, that it will copy the whole frame. I'll call this new "project" (or file, however you want to think of it) within Jasc the "script."

Anyways, on the side, I had my real script of what I wanted them to say. For every new, empty frame in the Jasc "script," I plugged in the text that I wanted to be shown. I just went frame by frame and put in how I wanted the text to appear. This way, it was all ready, and I could copy and paste it easier later.

Next, I make sure to have the "Propagate Paste" option set within the Edit menu.

Then, I selected all the frames in the animation (here, Lilo about to break down) which I wanted the first text of the "script" to appear. (I just started at the first one and did a Shift-click to select the whole amount through what I wanted to save time.) Then, I copied the text of the "script" that I wanted and pasted it into the animation. For me, here, it took a second, then the mouse will move itself to the middle of the animation frame. If you move it around now, the text will move with it and you can place it anywhere you want. Once you do that, the text will now be placed throughout all those animation frames you selected!

It took a bit of a learning curve there, but I finally got it to work OK.

I hope this helps!

Oh yeah, Lilo and Stitch is great. That whole beginning scene right there is one of the funniest I've seen in a Disney movie.

^The sad thing is that this mentality is the future of "entertainment"...relentless, unstoppable, over-stimulating. We can't do it better, so we'll give you more and more and more and more. We do not care if you only have two ears, two eyes, one mouth, we want to give you more input when you play a game, or watch a movie or read a book or on online, or with friends, or at a concert, etc.

No gifs of the tattoo'd girl doing the demo for the weird angry birds clone? C'mon, gaf.

A good wine takes time.

Hey guys.
First attempt at making a gif.

I wanted to make it with captions.

Maybe first use the "WE HAVE NO GAMES!" and in the next one "BUT WE GOT THE FLOW", but somehow I didnt know how to make proper captions.
