Syder Arcade is a side scroller shoot 'em up inspired by PC and Amiga classics.

Quick reactions to variable enemy behavoir are the key to victory, and the focus on bullet patterns is minimal.
Built to be old-school, this game is not a bullet hell shmup ... This does not mean it will have mercy of you.

It plays kinda like gradius, but waves of enemies come at you from both sides (though some enemies kind of warp in around you). You have a minimap that shows waves, it doesn't quite go to bullet hell but it can get pretty hectic, with waves coming at you from both sides enemy fire coming at you, while also dodging shrapnel and elaborate boss enemies thrown at you during all this shit.

Oh man, i was almost crying looking at the collection of amiga disks with superfrog, project x, budokai etc...
The game looks very amig-ish so i like it, i don't like bullet hell shooters.

It doesn't get that crazy, but it can get intense, give the demo a try
