You should check out the pool, OP. A few laps around the pool before bed and you'll sleep like a baby. Or if the pool's not your scene, then you could always just chill in your room and order movies on PPV.

Continually ride on the elevator from the ground floor to the highest floor, back and forth, while doing jumping jacks inside. When the thing eventually drops, you could get seriously injured (but probably live due to the safety mechanisms). At this point you can sue the hotel and make a fortune.
Or just grab a taxi and go sight seeing.
