lol nice. I have 3 copies of it (one is games on demand) and i can't bring myself to part with any of them.

I accidentally got rid of mine. Sold my Halo 3 Spartan Helmet and game while I was away a few months back. Came home to find I had left my copy of Reach in there as well. Blarg.

NeoGAF's smiling token!
Reach will get a proper send off. I'll play it all I can the Sunday before H4 launch. It shall be glorious.

My final thanks, Bungie. For everything.
Can you imagine how dead it will be after 4 and BLOP hits?

I actually wonder, now in the eleventh hour, what the final count is of people who actually liked Reach. I never felt there were more than three or so likeminded posters here at a given time.

I liked it in that I enjoyed it, not that I thought it was perfect.

I liked the Campaign 2nd best behind Halo CE, and the MP 3rd behind Halo 2 and Halo CE.

I think everyone who still owns the game probably likes it. We don't play the game as a service to Bungie, we play the game because SOMETIMES (read: not all the time) we have fun.

I count as 16, all by myself.

I was serious and YOU were joking? What thread is this?

I enjoyed Reach, especially the Campaign and Firefight. Mainly enjoyed BTB games, since I am pretty rubbish at everything else. Also I spent the vast amount of time making Forge maps and testing Forge maps, so I did not play true MP that much.

I liked it. But I'm not a hardcore MLG player. I'm pretty easy to please. Although, I hated the canon retcon.

Later on in the file it says "title="RaiderArmorFlyIn"". Maybe Raider Armor is 343 exclusive?

I liked it for about a week after it came out. And I liked it again for a couple of months after the title update that 343 did. The rest of the time, I didn't like it so much.

If H3's netcode were as good as Reach's- I'd have barely played Reach at all.

lol, sold Reach as soon as we won the GAF tournament.

I believe you. From what I've read you hated that game...

I remember like the day the game came out some guy posted a video of him literally like smashing the game - going out of his way to destroy it and smash up anything halo related he owned.

I tried finding that video to post as a response to this post lol.

I wonder why they gave us that 2 second glimpse at nothing. Must be a Terminal egg hidden there somewhere.

I saw a similiar video, but the guy put the disc into a mixer just to shredder it. Was hilarious. :lol

Waypoint also posted this on Twitter a few days ago:

Wonder if there is anything hidden away in the tags.

In this picture there was this code:

I have a feeling Reach will sit lower than Halo 3 in the most played list after a while. Halo 3 has the classic Halo (somewhat) thing going for it which will always atract some hardcore fans, the Reach experience seems similar to the improved one people can find in Halo 4.

edit- that being said they'll probably be both off the top 20 soon

I'm definitely looking forward to H4 SWAT. So many choices.
Yeah, my one concern was that they would remove the DMR in favor of a BR return, but having the best of both worlds is awesome.
I've hated SWAT in every single Halo game and I can promise I'm going to hate it in Halo 4.

It's a great way to condition for headshots. But ya know, different strokes for different folks.

I agree. I know that I'd be more likely to play 3 than Reach if I ever went back to play a previous game down the road.

yeah I just don't see people going back to Reach in the same way they went back to 3 - both games will die off - but I doubt there will be a hardcore contingent that sticks with Reach at all.

That just looks normal - if there's anything hidden away I have no clue what mumbo jumbo you would need to find it. Its probably safe to assume those pictures can be taken at face value and are just terrible attempts at marketing. :p

Thanks! I reckon there is more hidden away - but someone would need to go through hoops to look for it - no idea how you even break down a video into hidden files lol.
