Oh my god.

This is actually closer than I suspected. WoW.

PC version of this game is pointless. It already feels like 60fps.

lol

Hanging to that last thread? The game will be 60 fps. What then? "But it was not designed to be 60fps, lol. Autofail!"? ;)

That was fast. Great news for those of us who are buying more on PC. Now where is RE6 capcom? (Or would better performance even help that game?)

Great news.

And doesn't this use UE3? It has a built in limitation of 90fps, does it not? Maybe the engine has been updated to support higher framerates?

Hopefully the animations won't look like they're something out of the Bioshock Rag-doll folder.

DmC launches on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on 15th January 2013.

So a week after. Really quick; props to Capcom.

The DmC PC version was announced and will be released before RE6 PC which we always knew was coming but still we don't know exactly when :C

Jan.25th? 60fps? No GFWL? Steamworks?

Can't wait to buy
this used because fuck supporting this direction of the franchise

I loved the demo on PS3, but will definitely get this on PC. Thanks, Capcom.

Now just make the deal sweeter by not having the game infested with GFWL.

I'm not sure about this one, but I'm fond of the 'real' DMC games and I'm always down for more character action games on PC. We'll see.

Wait, Steamworks? Capcom? Are they finally moving on?

Oh shit! It doesn't mean much to me in this particular case, but if it's a sign of things to come...

Well, having not played the demo, I guess I should now. PC port seems competent at the very least. And with that art and high octane game play this should be a visual treat.

Holy shit, I was expecting a mundane under-the-radar Summer port. This is pretty awesome.

If they announce a Legendary Dark Knight mode and Turbo mode, DmC might end up being a
fun
game.

Aren't there GFWL games with some Steamworks features like the Rocksteady Batman titles?

I mean it'd be great if Capcom moved on from that shitty stillborn mess of a platform but let's not jump the gun here.

Hopefully whatever laptop I'm getting next year will be able to run this game at 60fps. The 30fps was ok on consoles but it felt terrible, even though I had no problems with other 30fps games, the animations felt really jittery, maybe it's to do with the speed of the character.

The game does look really pretty though, even though there are things I don't like about the ingame character model and animations in general.
