All I remember is when Vita was announced, there were over 100 studios working on it. Almost half of those projects never saw that light of day.

Can't wait to see what Platinum cooks up for next gen. Also interested in what the hell Arc System Works is going to do.

Gonna be a fun ride! :D

Ditto for Playstation Mobile. 56 studios, maybe half put out stuff? In that case though 2/3 were Japanese, most of the Western studios on the list actually have released stuff (and in most cases, then stopped further development)

No Epic, no Crytek. Guess who is in Microsofts pocket?

Which doesn't make sense considering Mark Rein was talking about the love letter from Sony in GT. This list isn't comprehensive.

Crytek, on the other hand I wouldn't be surprised. They must be watering at the specs just announced.

Where's Housemarque? I want my Super Stardust 4k [3D].

off to ios+mobile land.

:(

No Mistwalker though ?

That is bad

Unless it means Lost Odyssey 2 or Cry on on xbox 720

I did not like Last Story at all, so hopefully will go to either MS or Sony with a new LO like RPG

I also doubt you'll ever see mistwalker do another big budget console game. They haven't the expertise to handle next gen and they're probably going to stick to handheld.

it'll be SE+ factor5 flying that Jrpg flag.

This doesn't necessarily all of them all working on a game right now just that they'll plan to make a game in the future.

I don't see any game here.
Only company names

Yep, and you know what, that's a very good thing. :)

I'm so hyped, this list is encouraging. I mean, Tri-Ace and Platinum ffs!!!

Namco's next Tales of...holy shit. It will happen! ;_;

And where's CD projekt? I'm really hoping Witcher 3 or Cyberpunk are coming to PS4.

EDIT: Beat. But so close.

You know who we haven't heard from in a while?

Treasure :(

They're making a 3DS game aren't they?

I also don't see CD Projekt.

Their logo was included on the developer support slide of the presentation.

is now taking requests
Paradox is there, that's pretty cool

Also, wasn't there an opening trailer/techdemo made by Epic in yesterdays presentation? I had serious connection issues in the beginning so i'm not sure what it was i saw.

Somehow a next gen platinum games piece didn't even occur to me until now. I cannot wait to see what they have cooking.

I guess Obsidian is missing too, I don't see much console games in their future any way, more like kickstarters, but they said they had a new contract recently.

inXile Entertainment Inc. is there though!
