Since this information has been made public, I can share this all with you without needing to use the term "predictions". This information comes from a reliable source named Aryllies who alluded people about "All the Bravest" and the recent "Bravely Default localization" before they were official.

It's [Versus] been plagued by internal politics strife but is on track for a late 4th quarter 2013 or early 2014.

From what I've seen, it's a gutted project into which far too much money and time has been poured into. Regarding an official announcement, nothing is planned just yet but we are already ramping up partnerships with distributors/retailers.

Not got my hopes up though.

Yeah, this is conflicting based on what some GAF insiders (trusted ones) have indicated.

Regardless, I'm not getting my hopes up either. Hopefully the rumors are correct and SE lets the cat out of the bag at E3, closing the book on years of speculation.

Man Vagrant Story was just an overall amazing game. I've beaten it a couple of times and I will gladly go back to it. The atmosphere, the soundtrack, the writing, and the deep gameplay make it impossible to forget about.

Something that I found really interesting was the connection to Ivalice. I wonder if The Dark was the same power bestowed upon Vayne Solidor in FFXII by the Occuria.

Name one FF game that got good treatment on PS3. Because I can't find any. They certainly aren't all too well designed. And are geared towards a more casual market. Which is understandable yet deplorable at the same time IMO.

If you want to set the record straight you have to have evidence that disproves him. Your word alone will prove nothing. Therefore everyone should be doubtful of his statement.

So I think E3 and TGS will clear the matter up.

He actually said that they were "preparing for development of a Final Fantasy title".

Just so you know, about that Gamefaqs thread... I know the guy who first told you about it for almost three years now since he is active in the Dissidia community. If anyone out there categorized themselves as a fan of SE, then they are yet to know the guy. He jumps on every single piece of info about their yet-to-be-released games and will call them "reliable", if not "official". It wouldn't have been that big of a deal if he weren't striving to transpire professional. He focuses on Type-0 nowadays, after failing at making a decent site and forum for Dissidia.
