Phantasy Star Online 2 Import |OT2| Item Names in English!

My Premium set expires sometime today. If I don't renew it right away, what becomes of the stuff in premium storage? And what about my room, will I have to set it up all over again?

You don't lose anything in your premium storage. It'll all still be there and you can still take items out, but you won't be able to put them back in or put in any new stuff. Similar to anything you have in shop. As for your room, nothing will change with it you just can't go into it anymore until you use a room ticket or get more premium.

As for an address, get a Tenso address. They accept those as valid addresses so you should be fine.

I'm on page now which looks like a summary of my info but is different from the guide. At the bottom is 2 buttons.

Good to know. Thanks. Ironically, I got a 3 day extension for MyRoom a few days ago. ^_^
I'll give Tenso a shot. Thanks again!

Upper for registration, lower for editing the info you entered.

Thanks, Yeah I worked it out after I pressed the wrong one again then had a go at the captcha thingy again and tried the other one. Jeez I can feel a migraine coming on.

People, this week Team orders are so fast an easy to do. With a single Tundra Regional Survey, you can collect 600 Team Points in less than 10 minutes. This week we have no excuses to not max our individual 3000 TP quota.

Don't forget that you can shove your team order items into storage to continue collecting them. The TO complete chime won't go off a second time so you'll have to keep checking periodically to see if you've collected another day's worth to store them again.

the fuck is that female cast armor?[/QUOTE]

The cast on the right side wouldn't look out of place in Virtual On.
Aside from the color he's the only decently designed mecha in that line-up.

The one in black & white, I mean WTF. Is she wearing hammer pants or a dress?

So I just learned that I cant buy 10 star weapons from my shop.

First of all I want to say that is bullshit. Anyways, I see I have to get a ticket, but I cant find how to do it. In bumped it says it needs to be traded with another 10 star wep or unit, but I cant do it.

You need a premium set (AC) to be able to trade for a pass. The passes are at the recycle shop, next to the furniture/room/decoration shop.

I'm confused how you think it's bullshit, yet you're obviously trying to do it.

Or is the whole process bullshit?

the process. Needing premium+ trading a 10 star wep for a pass to buy something from a player shop.

Anyways dont mind me, it was a somewhat rage post :( Thanks for the info.

As a heads up on a new page:

http://cirnopedia.frostsabre.com/

A good source of info.

It's worth noting they're about a month behind on data updates, so there are a few things missing here and there. Still a good resource for most things though.

I think it's fair, they really needed better hooks to get people to buy premium set time and this is preferable to 10* items being completely untradeable, which was the case as recently as last month.

Are you talking about PC?

I can't imagine what it looks like for one of my team members. He's playing @ 120 FPS on a Titan

Has to be. Vita version definitely not native res and certainly has no motion blur. No reason for PC to -not- have these things, though the in-game AA options could use beefing up.

Well, I guess you're right.

I wonder if Sega has even said how profitable for them is Premium sub, I can see that Miku cosplay being the most profitable they released so far...

Sure, try contacting dr apocalipsis in game. I'll be online today/tomorrow evening so I can invite you if you don't get in until then.

Added your ID to the OP, but like I've told Izana on Twitter, I won't be making a 'playing gaffer' list with nicknames etc. in the OP, at least for the first week.
The list in the first OT was updated few times per day, but so many people stopped playing after a few hours that most of it was useless anyway.

I've always heard that 'Japanese for bussy people' is good to start with. That's what I'm planning to use this summer.

This Chrome extension saved me a lot of time with the captchas, and I noticed it wasnt added to the OT, so I thought, i'll quote it ^^'

If I had to start over, on my own, knowing what I know now, I'd go with Genki 1 and 2 and compliment it with intensive kanji learning (Heisig method, maybe).

What Twentytwo22 said. Genki 1 & 2, comprehensive kanji stuff.
Thanks, guys!

Just spent nearly 2 hours reading the mega Mag guide linked in the OP. It got me thinking about Mag builds. What do you guys use? I'm a Hunter right now so I figure I should skew my Mag towards stats I might need for high level weapons and units (as suggested in the guides). But I'm still researching items on PSO 2 Swiki.

Edit: Sorry for the double post. Didn't check to see if someone had posted or not.

Well, everything's about to change in less than a week when the level cap goes up to 60...

Generally going pure S/R/T-attack on your mag (depending on your class) is a good idea. Defense is a non issue because there is really no reason to fear death in this game, and ability isn't all that meaningful as stat right now. Though you may want to put some into your mag so you can equip some things earlier than usual.

I'd suggest doing either 150attack, 120attack 30 ability, or 130attack 20 ability. If you're a caseal you can slack on ability a little since you'll have the highest ability stat in the game regardless.

Though if you are a Focaseal/Focast you will need a pure or almost pure T-atk mag to save yourself a big headache when it comes to the later equips. This is because Sega decided to shaft our stats significantly compared to the newearls who are basically the favored race gender since their stats are never bad in any class and yes I am very, VERY resentful of Sega for this.

But the current high end gear won't change right? Or are you suggesting that the new level cap will make some of the current high end gear irrelevant therefore skippable and making any current Mag build I decide on pointless?

I fed my mags with the following: melee weapons for the melee mag, ranged weapons for the ranged mag and tech weapons for the tech mag. Changed my melee mag's attack, will change its PB once I get enough excubes.
As for devices, they all have invincibility 1, cure status and the rest are heal As.

Why will I need Ability? Do high end items use the Ability stat as an equipping requirement? (I thought I would have to worry about S-ATK and S-DEF for that very reason.)

Here's a look at my current Mag which I imagine I should reset. I fed mostly striking weapons and units to it. :p

I understood everything but "excubes". I imagine that's something that was added within the last 7 months. :p

Well, new high end equipment is bound to appear eventually, but with a level cap raise comes higher maximum personal stats, meaning the optimal mag build will change.

Why will I need Ability? Do high end items use the Ability stat as an equipping requirement? (I thought I would have to worry about S-ATK and S-DEF for that very reason.)

I understood everything but "excubes". I imagine that's something that was added within the last 7 months. :p

Some weapons have Ability as an equipping requirement, but in general Ability is how consistently you hit your maximum damage. If your Ability is too low your damage output will fluctuate greatly. Only Rangers have relatively high innate Ability.

Excubes are obtained by earning a certain amount of exp beyond the level cap or turning in items into the recycle shop.

A bunch of the higher end equips use ability as their required stat. These are mostly really good all class weapons, like the Lambda Aristin, which are worth using because of their fantastic utility.

For your mag, I would say just dump the rest of its levels into S-atk. 30 is a good amount of ability/dexterity (whichever you prefer to call it) so you should be able to equip the ability weapons and armors once you cap out. To do that just feed it weapons to raise it's S-atk and then feed it monomates once its ability stat gets near leveling (since monomates raises S-atk, raises S-def, lowers ability). It'll be slow and tedious, but it'll pay off in numbers.

Also excubes are a sort of reward for grinding once you hit a level cap. Every "level" worth of EXP past the level cap you go, you get 2 excubes which you can spend in an excube shop to get various odds and ends. PB changing devices for your mag, particle effect armors, myroom tickets, armors with luckyrise on them and some other stuff too.

As far as new equips go, just remember; everything you see right now is going to be outdated and outclassed sooner or later. Keep up with new stronger weapons as you see fit.

Man I literally put no thought into leveling up my Mag besides just wanting to get an Apus because I thought it looked the coolest.

Fugg. I found a new cure for my imsomnia in PSO2 and I mean literally. It really puts me to sleep like no pills can. 9pm or 10pm and I can't keep myself awake no matter how hard I try. The bad thing about it is that I want to keep playing way past those hours. I'll consider buying some Red Bulls now. O_O

It's past 10 pm here and I'm awake only because I stopped playing and started browsing GAF, LOL.

Sounds good! After reading your responses, I realized that the text field titled "潜在能力" on PSO 2 Swiki was referring to the Ability stat. Thanks for the responses, guys. :)

New (and old) GAF Team members, it would be great if you tried doing team orders. You can take them from the npc on the right of the class npc.
There's one for every difficulty and like dr said, this week's ones are extremely easy.
If no one does them, we won't be able to upgrade our photon tree and it gives pretty nice boosts (including drop rate up) on higher levels, so!
