2. Vagabond
3. BinBougami Ga!
4. Kuragehime
5. One Piece

There are tons more, but these are top 5 that are often a joy to read at the moment.

I went to preorder the American edition of Ring x Mama on Amazon and saw that one of Yamatogawa's books (How Good Was I / Taihen Yokudekimashita?) is going to be published too. Will Project-H still publish a censored book or will they publish it in glorious uncensored goodness? If any of you happens to pick it up let me know, since I'm not going to pick it up (I already own the uncensored Italian edition).

Hungry Joker 21 - 22

Kind of sad that the end must be near, there were lots of nice moments and action stuff in these chapters, but the plot is just basically jumping from place to place so it feels like just a random amount of events happening just for the sake of it. Ill miss Hungry Joker, but at least Im finally get my Kild Haiji encounter.

At least it was popular enough to get a vol 1 reprinting I guess and "rave" reviews.

Blush /DC 17-23

If this was straight up porn I wouldn't rage at all. But this isn't straight up porn and as such the stupidity of the whole situation hurts. I don't get Ayane's actions and damn if Motoka and her sister aren't stupid.

Fuck everyone in this series. It's one of the very few series that I dropped that I have no plans to ever get back to.

It's Not My Fault That I'm Not Popular! - Volume 1

Lol, this is great. Wouldn't have imagined that a manga starring a female otaku could be so heartbreaking and entertaining. Tomoko's pitiful reactions gave me a lot of Molester Man vibes.

Food Girls 1-12

Anthropomorphic food girls getting into risque poses and/or shedding some clothing. Some of the lines include such classics as "The stray dog ate me all up~", "If you massage there, I'll overflow everywhere!", and "If I mix up your good places, they'll be delicious." Every Food Girl has a talent unique to them. For instance, the character Coffee-chan (farthest right lady) can make milk coffee by "roasting beans" between her breasts. The character Potato-chan (second girl from the left) farts profane gas. The list goes on.

From a story perspective, it's okay. Once you get over the gimmick of each girl having a unique "talent" related to the food their based on, it's your run-of-the-mill ecchi all the way down to the poses. It's not something that everyone should read. Feel free to ignore it for other more popular manga from the same genre. It's not a must-read by any means. The character designs are nice. Though, the way characters are drawn does get kind of wonky on some parts.

How is it possible for one who recommends such classics like Sanctuary and fabulousness like Jojo to like that rubbish I read a few chapters a while back and it was essentially Hentai and not even remotely funny.

Medaka Box FIN

I really liked the normalcy of this ending, though I was hoping for a momentary appearance by Kumagawa and Ajimu. The last few arcs were very mediocre, but this was an enjoyable and satisfying conclusion, due largely to Zenkichi finally attaining the marriage to Medaka that he’s thoroughly deserved for quite some time.

Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun 40

That was a pretty good and surprisingly melancholic chapter, particularly in regards to Haru’s isolation. Though a bit monotonous, the first half was a nice diversion from the larger narrative, as it provided an abundance of intriguing insight into Haru’s characterization and the fractured relationship he has with Yuuzan. The latter half of the chapter was occasionally dull, but the foreboding nature of the final pages is highly interesting. Hopefully Haru and Shizuku find a mutual solution to their seemingly perpetual complications quickly, but it appears likely that their separation will linger for several more chapters, at least.

Horimiya 20

Damn, such an excellent chapter. Hori and Miyamura’s relationship has developed considerably well so far. Though it’s rather unlikely to significantly develop their relationship within the next several chapters, Miyamura’s confession was satisfyingly illustrated, and Hori’s reaction, though predictable, was quite amusing. I’m hoping she’ll refrain from tediously denying herself the opportunity of admitting the existence of their mutual feelings, but that seems to easily be the most likely direction for the story to take, unfortunately.

Nisekoi 72

Yet another uninteresting chapter. Nisekoi has never been particularly great, but the majority of the last twenty or so chapters have been awful. As for the race, Shuu needs to win and kiss Ruri, but that will likely never happen, unfortunately. Otherwise, Raku winning and somehow kissing Chitoge would suffice, so as to actually attempt to develop the “plot”, but, again, it will most assuredly end without a kiss.

If you mean Prison School it's because the author has the best perspective technique in any manga. I don't care about the story or characters at all. I don't know enough great currently serialized manga to make an awesome top 5 because it's all garbage. Although I guess Jojo's is still serialized and should shift everything else down one.

Haly

One day I realized that sadness is just another word for not enough coffee.
Something like this? (Not ordered)

Ongoing:
Wandering Son
Silver Spoon
Aku no Hana
Maoyuu Maou Yuusha
Pupa

Completed:
Eden! It's an Endless World
Saikano
Lying Mii-kun and Broken Maa-chan
Eyeshield 21
Solanin

Times like this I wish I actually bothered updating my MAL.

Yes it is one of the mangas that made me realize that while I will read a manga with poor art if the rest is good i won't read one with good art if everything else is shit which shouldn't have been any surprise actually since I take this same approach to video games.

Whereas Mugen no Jûnin / Blade of the Immortal is over. It all works out!

Blade of the Immortal 204

Goddamn man.
She did it. She really did it.

The plot too is finally starting to form as a whole in my mind in a fairly satisfying manner now, whereas before the events of this chapter I felt it was becoming a bit disparate and Rin's purpose of being in the story at all was becoming inconsequential. In the end it really was her journey, along with the shogunate and the itto ryu.

Solanin 1

Reading this feels ... good. I haven't read (m)any slice of life manga before, so I wasn't sure if this would be right for me. The story started off a good point and I bet many are familiar with the subject. The art is really beautiful and just feels right. I love looking at the panels and pages over and over again, before I move on. It's fun.

Oh man.

Keep going and posting.

Solanin 2-3

Some moments are way too familiar. Quitting the old boring job and then discovering that the freedom that follows isn't all that great. I liked that Taneda realized relatively quickly that they couldn't live like this for much longer, but putting all the pressure on Meiko was kinda unfair.

The moment Meiko's mother showed up was a great "oh shit" moment. I was surprised when she didn't tell her about her boyfriend, but not telling her about her unemployment? Damn. Cutting right back to Taneda was alright. He seems to be quite the melancholic person. it does make me wonder where their relationshit is going. I don't see him being successful with the band and don't get why he isn't looking for another job as well. The way Meiko's mom reacted was oh-so typical, but understandable. Meiko running off while saying that she's not a child was funny.
