Fake, in my opinion. Makes no sense to put bad image quality of Infamous Second Son with a date stamp of 20th February in a E3 teaser. Someone's having fun.

If this were a legit leak of an E3 promo, it would presumably be a rough cut for internal distribution only, which might well be using placeholder footage at this point. So not sure that proves it either way.
