I wonder if you can get one of the 48 hour passes, download the games, and not renew to keep them. It seems more like a pittance than a deal.

Any potential fanboys, let's not get too excited. At best, you get 12 free games. But it's nice that Microsoft threw a bone to the Gold Members. It's sad that it won't last forever.
