I hope Retro is being given free reign to develop there own IP because I think it will be that Nintendo branded mature game people are looking for I don't want a Metroid from them I think they have earned the opportunity to either thrive
or crash
on there own.

Normally I don't smoke inside, but today I'm going to make an exception. Should put the Wii U in a save place though. I remember not being able to play Brawl because my Wii's lens was full of smoke dust. Those were high, high times man.

My dream announcement would be a new Battalion Wars as a RTSTPS (real time strategy thirs person shooter). Manage your units on the touch sreen in real time and play the game as a cartoony TPS on your TV

Now I will watch the Game of Thrones season final to pass some time

GAF servers will propably be down when it is finished, so have a good ride everybody *HYPE*

1) Super Smash Bros. Wii U (non-teaser trailer or bust!)
2) Zelda Wii U (non-teaser trailer or bust!)
3) Metroid Prime Wii U
4) Advance Wars 3DS
5) Awesome 3DS XL Collector's Edition

Come on Nintendo! Make me splurge like E3 2004.

Less than 2 hours to go and now e3 day leaks? There's usually a leak or an exclusive in something like USA Today.

Also, I can't watch the stream due to being in meetings at work, but want to follow a live blog...any recommendations or links please?

I came an hour earlier to work, worked 50 minutes extra (i used almost my whole lunh break) just to be sure i will make it home before the bombs will drop. In 30 minutes im off, beer is cold, chips are ready, body is ready. I fear for salty tears, but nothing a 4pack of Polish beer can't handle.

I'm nervous.

I think Retro's game will be a fairly safe Star Fox entry.

I think there won't be any other new game reveals, save from Mario/Smash/Zelda.

Damn, I have a Wii U but was impressed by both conferences yesterday. Nintendo are going to have bring everything....

The hype is killing me, just over an hour to go!

Can't believe it's almost here. We will look back at this E3 as either the beginning of the end, or the beginning of a new WiiU/3DS era.

I'm hoping and expecting the latter

I was thinking this haha. The sales probably drove them to showing some cards earlier than they had liked.

But this is the first time we've had so many games coming with no footage or an extremely minimal teaser. Partly why I think this has been the most hyped E3 I can remember. Just knowing about things like Smash beforehand has a lot of people hyped to watch it, especially considering we have no footage.

Oh god, I'm getting hyped. I should know better because that always ends in disappointment but I just can't help it. I hope there's at least one big surprise announcement.

I'm really looking forward to the Direct. I'm feeling really positive about the future of console gaming again after the Sony conference last night and now I'm excited that Nintendo might be showing me something that will make me want to buy a Wii U. :)

Planning on seeing a bunch of games we know about, a new Mario, and the Smash trailer
