Well, mine told me over the phone they only got the controllers. But once I was in store I found both.
Also, when I went in there today, my GS had the PS4 kiosk turned OFF (this was at about 1pm), I asked and they turned it on but I found that kinda uncool since it's a new kiosk that lots of people would likely want to play

Yeah, Amazon just charged me for my Dual Shock 4, and it's shipping now. I should get it by Tuesday or Wednesday. Pretty cool, and I wasn't expecting that at all.

I was thinking of some of the games I have in my Steam catalog like Mercenary Kings or Bastion. The main reason why I don't play them much is because I hate using my 360 controller for PC gaming. I used Motion in Joy for my DS3, but that doesn't work very well at all, really. Too glitchy, and i think it did something weird to my computer, where my mouse stopped working or something.

I'm on Windows 8.1 and have a CSR bluetooth 4.0 receiver. I went to add bluetooth device, then I held share + ps button, it appeared and I pressed pair. It's been smooth sailing ever since(no disconnects). I press the PS button and it automatically pairs every time, and to turn it off I hold the PS button for a few secs. What operating system/bluetooth receiver are you using? Maybe I can test it out on my laptop(windows 7).

No rumble on my end, and you can use x360ce on Batman. What version of bluetooth is that rocketfish adapter?
I honestly don't remember, I would think 2.1EDR since it works with some crappy headphones I had.

I got it yesterday but disappointed that it didn't come with a cable. Since I have no other micro-USB devices, I had to go to a local store to get a micro-USB cable as I didn't want to wait for shipping.

My thumb seems to stay centered on the stick better because of that ridge and overall felt more comfortable than the DS3. I still use a launch DS3, so the lack of rumble for PS3 use wasn't an issue, but I look forward to seeing how good the rumble is once I get my PS4.

Once the controller is in pairing mode, and your computer sees it and tries to connect, hit the PS button. Thats what worked for me to pair it.

You were right bud Win 7 is erratic with this connection. The controller kept turning off after two seconds, and before the HID controller driver installed. I just kept trying by pressing the PS button then I went into controller settings, and pressed the PS button again an now it seems to connect everytime. It's on right now as I am typing this. Keep trying to connect it, and it should do it sooner or later.
wat. What's wrong with it and FFXIV PC? That's the main thing I'm looking forward to.

I just got a notice from Amazon saying my extra DS4 that I pre-ordered alongside my PS4 way bay in June has shipped. Lol OK. I guess I'll be getting my hands on it next Wednesday.

Picked up my DS4 and this first game I played with it was Uncharted 3. It's really neat and all but I can't play this game with it. Aiming down sights and trying to aim is so difficult. Wonder if it's because of the tighter deadzone.

Been messing with it for the past couple hours.
Works great with steam. But FFXIV is being really weird.
I just DL'd Sonic Generations and I'm going to try that with x360ce and see how it goes.

It maps the buttons all weird. Like confirm is circle start is pressing in the right joystick etc. trying to see if x360ce can fix it

Got my hands on it today at London Comic Con, playing AC4, which forced you to use 'normal' controls instead of inverted so made it hard for me to use. Can't stand not using an inverted camera. Really hope that PS4 has that as an optional default this time like the 360 does, hate having to change it every game.
Its pretty damn good, very comfortable. So much better than DS3, the ergonomics are on another level. Not entirely sure on whether it is better than the 360 pad, need more time with it. The sticks weren't as 'soft' as I judged from the pictures, still nice. The triggers I wasn't sure on, need to get used to them perhaps. AC4 demo didn't let me use the trackpad, but the click to it is very satisfying. Now that I think about it, I didn't try out the D-pad properly as it was all a bit rushed.
Btw, that lightbar (which was plain white for me) definitely reflects off the TV and was annoying in my 9 or so minute play time. Although I was sitting right in front of the TV, which I wouldn't do at home. Having said that, I am pretty blind so do sit near but not at the same height of the TV so might be ok at home.

i've been begging for over 5 years.
I'm going to have to actively restrain myself from not driving to gamestop tomorrow or monday and buying one. I really want to get one just so I can know how the new controller feels but in the lifespan of my PS3 I've never used or needed 2 controllers so I would essentially be buying an extra controller to swap whenever the one I was using started to die. Hmm... wait that doesn't sound like a bad idea.

I had the same problem and I think it has to do with the way the aiming works in UC3, I popped in the Last of Us and the controller works much better.
Also spent hours trying to get it to work on PC version of ffxiv. No luck mapping within x360ce. Mapping it within the game itself fixes things like getting triangle to be jump, x confirm, and circle cancel, but doesn't map it to the crossbar. So when you hit R2 and triangle still uses the R2 and circle skill.
I got the Wii Classic Controller working in FFXIV by editing the FFXIV.cfg file. There's multiple instances of <GamePad Settings> followed by "Alias { a bunch of numbers }". On some japanese forum I found the magic key "Alias {上,下,左,右,？,？,？,？,？,？,？,？,△,◯,×,□,L1,L2,L3(アナログ押
,R1,R2,R3(アナログ押,start,select}" And was able to swap around the numbers to match up with the controls I wanted and it worked fine after replacing the numbers under each instance of <Gamepad Settings>.The "calibrate" button is supposed to do this but for some reason wasn't picking up the Wii Classic Controller's dpad.
