HDMI is essentially DVI/HDCP with audio

I would believe that selecting DVI would just disable sound if I were to guess... That and potentially increase the amount of resolution options

That's the main reason I want to try it.=p

If 900p is an option it would be useful for Ryse.

All this is making me depressed about what exactly Sony has planned for stuff like UI when it comes to chatting with friends or inside a party chat... this stuff looks really really cool.

All this bull shit console wars crap aside, any console you choose is the right choice. Personally I have a ps4 through amazon coming but I'm glad xbone is looking sweet, I just may be a multiple console owner again.

Sony has a lot of trouble designing UIs meant to be used by human beings. I'm worried, too.

He needs to find the memory manager stuff! Would be hilarious if there wasn't one right now because of the plan to go "always" online. Vita didn't really have one for a while there.

It took about 30 minutes or so to fully install ghosts I believe. Not positive, time has been FLYING by tonight

Does that mean the X1 can't play games while installing from disk like the ps4?

He was able to play when it got to 50%.

So let me get this right, UI is as awesome as the 12min demo demonstrated. Snap is smooth and functional.

Back to resolution battle grounds we go now.

He was able to play it at 50% installation.

So...no Xbox Live crashes and so? Everything runs just fine with Xbox Live and snapping etc? So all the dooms-day talk about the Xbox Live didnt work a couple of weeks ago and crashed is no more?

I really like the list that shows the population for the top games. I REALLY hope PSN catches up with these neato features.

I want so bad to have a stat tracking page like Nintendo does. Does MS have that? It'd be so cool if they did.

Guessing they fixed the Snap issues? Wonder if the available players can add each other and get cross chat going/send invites
