I didn't pre order a Playstation 4. I plan to walk in launch day and get one.

I'm so glad this is working out for most people. I was hoping we wouldn't have to see the eBay markup oafs this time.. and it appears there won't be the demand for it.

Tried to snag one this morning for my nephews for Christmas but no luck. Went to Target and Meijer. I would've been money at Frys but they didn't open til 9 and that's when I had to be at work

What are you talking about? Have you looked at ebay or craigslist today? Obviously not
 
My wife and I were able to get two ps4's at best buy this morning. No pre order. I'm very happy to hear most are having good luck. Now for games all day!

Of course those times are over but not because there is no demand but because there is Amazon. Imagine the shitstorm if there were no online retailers like when the PS2 released...
 
Good Guy on Craigslist was selling a PS4 for $350 because he got an employee discount where ever he works. My coworker bought one, and I will be there tonight for some KillZone action. Yes!
 
No luck calling various Tragets and Wal-Marts so far in Raleigh, NC. If anyone in the Triangle knows where I can score one, please pass it along :)
 
If your in the Dallas area, at work and checking out WalMart. My area shows 8 walmarts within 20 mile radius that have PS4's in stock. Not sure if the online is slow, or what, but thats what I see.

Except you can watch one get sold every minute on ebay for about $600. And thats eith all the reports here of how 'easy' it is to get one at a store now. Nevermind come 6pm and people get out of work and want one when all those stores are picked dry from people who are making 200 on ebay for each system they grab man.
 
I called my local Best Buy and was told that they're not allowed to tell me over the phone if they have any. The hell?
 
Patient scalpers will get their money right after Black Friday -- a lot of parents will freak out about not being able to find the system.
 
Picked up my console from the UPS Center. Went to Walmart to get Killzone: Shadow Fall. They had a sign at the electronics section saying they were sold out of PS4's. They were also sold out of several games. Had to go to GameStop to get Killzone.

Dont has, want you to come in get frustrated and put money down on the next shipment or something. I really doubt they wouldnt tell you if they had some.

That's pretty much what I'm thinking. I'll still go check because I need to grab some lunch anyway and it's right next door. But like hell i'm gonna put money down.

Target in Clifton nj was packed at 8 am and I guess that they had Ps4s without preorders. They had killzone and cod and dance game, thats all
 
Here in canad they are available everywhere. You can literally walk into a walmart and pick one up thats what i did this morning.

They said they have tons of units

Yeah I am shocked. With all the hype of this machine to see In Stock means Sony has perhaps done the impossible and actually met launch demand for their console. Which is fuggin amazing considering what was it, 1.5 million pre-orders WW a few months ago?

I wonder what day 1 sales will be? 800K?

Only way to know would be to actually call a few of those stores and see what they say.

Yes, I called several stores here that said in-stock online but over the phone they told me they didn't have any. Of course with Wal-Mart you never know if the person is being honest or is just telling you no because they don't feel like looking.
